Why can't I contact t-mobile support as a deaf person?

So we finally came to a solution, T-mobile fixed the problem and answered the questions I asked. I find the support via Twitter to be quite satisfactory, even if sometimes the wait for a reply is longer. But when I compare the support of T-mobile on Facebook and Twitter, Twitter clearly wins. I finally connected to twitter but the expert himself doesn't seem to know what the problem is that I can't log into the account, So it will probably take a while,So we continue tomorrow. And otherwise, I never see the chat button on the t-mobile website.
