$200 rebate card
Tried to use my card a few months ago and it didn't work. Now it's about to expire. What do I do? Who do I talk to about this? ¡Gracias!
Having a rebate card that doesn't work feels like having that money so close yet so far away. There are a few different rebate cards that T-Mobile uses, so it is hard to give you exact advice about it here. When you received the rebate card, it should've come with a bit of information like the customer service number for help. They'll be able to review your account, the program you got the rebate for, and the best way to get you access so you don't lose your money.
