T-life not working on your (older) phone?
Hey all,
Anyone else not able to use the new App due to age of your phone? Figured we could all whine together.

Same and still looking for an answer 3+ months later…
Very disappointing, been a customer for over 22 yrs, T-Mobile doesn’t seem too worried or bothered about it either. 😪

I also have an older phone. I could not connect to T-Mobile at all. My granddaughter told me if I reset my phone it might connect. So, I reset and it connects!

Can Tmobile provide a viable option to install Life, given my Android version. I do not want upgrade my OS.
Same problem here with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge OS 8.0. I am very disappointed no replies from Tmobile on these posts. Its like the don't care

I run far more complicated apps on my phone that only require as high as 6.0 OS.
When is T-mobile going to fix their app for wider compatibility or worst case make a simple
web page link to view all the deals.

This is ridiculous to require OS 9.0 or higher. My device has apps far more complicated
than T-Life Tuesday and they all run fine. This is the only app that is giving me a problem.
I would like to see T-Mobile fix this compatibility issue or make T-Life available
as a website link to view and buy benefits due to customers.
