5G is offline each morning
I have a G4SE with an external antenna. The system works well through the day and the evening. Each day when I start at 6am, the 5G connection is not there. If I reboot, it doesn't come back till around 7:30am then it's solid for the rest of the day through peak times in the evening.
why is the signal dropping overnight? Can I keep it alive?
No. I actually had my g4se replaced for a g4ar. I used to, from time to time see my g4se drop from n41 to n71 overnight, even though n41 had much better SINR values and similar RSRP.
It also happens on another G4AR that I have. That's the version made by Arcadyan. Does it have the same software flaw?
The fact that you have a G4SE may be part of the problem the g4se has known issues, especially with firmware patch from October 2
