Cookie issue with Community!

Hola folks,

New to T-mobile but not new to compiuting or cellphones. Been online since 1986 (not a typo), but this one baffles me.

 

Everything T-mobile is working including all iPhone apps and all browser sites EXCEPT here in Community! Everything T-mobile is whitelisted and cookies accepted, but when I try to login here after signing in it crashes with the following screen shot. To get here, I have to use a private window. It definitely appears to be a cookie issue. Yet ONLY with community.

I have turned off pop-up blockers, trackers, etc yet still does this.

The worst is after a few tries, I am locked out of my T-mobile account for 24 hours.

Can anyone help?

  • I seem to have found a cookie blocker extension setting that allows this to work now. Whew! Had to really seartch this one.

    Anyone here from T-mobile? Can you get this to the developers? Here is enough to solve this problem - again with Firefox!! Lots coming here:

    I am logged in to another part of the T-mobile domain in another tab. I go to new tab to login here at Community and before I attempt I get this:
