Supper couldt help me
Tmobile support couldn't help with my problem 馃槀 maybe someone had the same problem, I have home internet 5G (router + external antenna ), honestly the internet is working and very fast, the issue is when ever I am on call via WhatsApp, messenger, Microsoft teams... I regularly lose the other person for 5-6 seconds and then it back to work for 10-20 seconds and again the same all the time.
I did change the Sim card, the devices, they updated the settings, I changed location of Antena nothing help. Any advice will be much appreciated

That more than likely happens when the T-Mobile gatrway changes the tower it is connected to. It takes a bit for those apps to detect the IP and location change. There is no way to prevent the gateway from switching towers because it is done automatically to ensure that network performance in the area isn't heavily impacted.
