Updating T-Mobile 5G Gateway (G4AR & G4SE)
Does anyone have any Idea how to update the router to my T-Mobile 5G Gateway (G4AR & G4SE)? On T-Mobile website, it tells me to Restart it but I'm pretty sure that isn't going to do anything and I've already tried it and didn't work. I want to update it because the wifi has been continuously disconnecting for every device in the household for no reason
As a side note, updates are not something that is controlled by tech support.
You will have to contact Tmobile home internet support. G4se specifically has a bad update, according to their support team. You may end up with g4ar. While they look the same, the internals are from a different manufacturer, and have different updates.
