So basically, I was told twice I was apporved for a line (both phone or tablet) now im being told that I owe a bill when ive never had tmobile. (this was on a chat for support they said I was approve...
Tmobile chat is still there but it depends on what time you're trying. I just went to the support page waited a couple of seconds and it popped up.
