issue with Samsung new watch pre order.

I recently made a purchase, taking advantage of the promotion for the new Samsung watch. I pre-ordered the watch on the 25th, and the shipping date has passed. However, the order status still indicates that it is being processed. I have attempted to contact customer service via phone but have been unable to obtain the assistance I require. Could you please provide an update on the status of my order and advise on the next steps to resolve this issue? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    This is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile account access that don't have account access so try contacting support using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.
