no order confirmation

I placed an order for a new phone online three days ago. I still have not received an email confirmation of any sort. Also, T-Mobile can't find the order in their system with the order number I provided. ANNNNDDD they took the money out of my account already. Has anyone had this issue?

    It's possible.  It can also depend on how many orders come in at once.  If there's a lot, then the system has to play catchup.  It might be worth checking again tomorrow afternoon.  If you still don't see it.  Reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter and have them look into it for you.  You can also call Customer Care at 611 as well, if you prefer.

    Check your order in your my.t-mobile.com account.  It should be under the line the order was placed for.  You can view the order status there.  The funds being taken from your account usually happens a couple of days before the order ships.  Because today is a holiday, it might ship out tomorrow.

  • This just happened to me, i kept having to try and reorder my phone and then i finally got to the end and when it said it wasn't working, well my card was negative because they charged my card for the phone. customer support says they can't find my email linked to the order, but they sent me an email saying my order was almost complete, i never got a confirmation number, nothing.
