Trade in received email indicates a different device, not mine

Hello, I received an email stating that my trade in of a Samsung Galaxy S10+ "128GB Black" had been received.  The phone I was trading in was a 512GB White Ceramic Samsung Galaxy S10+. Obviously the value will be completely different! It seems like I need to get in touch with someone who is processing whatever phone they think is mine so they can look for the proper phone. Any suggestions? Thanks
