Wrong information on invoice

I just realized that when my phones were purchased several years ago, the invoice shows all incorrect information , wrong model, IMEI, even phone number.  They corrected the phone number at the store but I never noticed the other issues.  Was this a scam by tmobile employees?  I just went to send in my warranty information and noticed this issue/
