access customer service chat from my computer
Am I able to chat with customer service on my account off my computer, if so, Please help?
On the T-Mobile website, there is a bubble at the bottom of the screen that says "I'm here to help!" or "Any questions?" That is our online chat service that you can use to contact T-Mobile from your computer.
