T-Life App Not Letting Me Log Into My Account
I just switched to T-Mobile 3 days ago. I downloaded the T-Life app as instructed by the sales rep. I brought my own phone. When I try to log in with my ID/phone number and password, I get into a loop that says processing over and over again. I've called customer service to no avail and even went back to the store where I signed up. I've tried everything to log in and I don't know what to do at this point. Not feeling so good about T-Mobile at the moment. Id like to be able to use the app.

This was happening to me as well. They switched apps to T Life and was getting the same message when trying to log in. I fixed it by uninstalling the app. Then reinstall and when logging in enter the username and password manually, do not populate it with what was previously saved. It let me log in doing that

Have you tried signing up on Tmobile’s website for a MyTomobile account to set up your account then try the app?

I don't use the T-Life app, I've read some disturbing news about it and just use the Tmobile app that can access the same things.
You may want to force stop the app and try opening it again.
