Gateway 5G

MLB The Show does not work on my T-mobile 5g internet box. It will say "Challenge Failed" when trying to play an online match. The game works perfectly fine when i bring my xbox to my parents house. But when i bring it back to my wifi, it doesn't work. I test the NAT type until it's open, I reset the router, etc. I've done everything I can think of and there no solution. Does anyone have this same problem? This is the only game that won't work either. This and NBA 2k brought me some issues. But i can play COD or shooters on my wifi… but cross play sports games seem to bring the issue6KViews3likes21Comentarioscheap 3rd party modems to replace 5g gateway
My gateway has always gotten ok signal but for the past month it has been dropping everything. No internet constantly. It drops then gets picked back up. Its annoying having to reset it every time so I was wondering if any cheap 3rd larty modems can replace it? And if not if anything could improve the noise and signal strength?Solved277Visto0likes1ComentarioWhy is the Home Internet Gateway functionality crippled?
I have ArcadyanKVD21, and while I am thoroughly impressed with the speeds from the device on the T-Mobile 5G network, I am disgusted by the lack of any ability to properly manage & (more importantly)secure thisdevice. This trade between speed and security is insulting and offensive to me as a technologically adeptSecurity professional, andexacerbatedby the fact thatT-Mobile continues to fail when tasked with protecting user account PII data. The inability to perform certain key functions completely disappoints me. Below are the primary issues and concerns, which *MUST* be resolved to keep me as a customer: Cannot perform setup /administrativetasks via wired interface. Current (internal)web interface only offers a "basic" informational portal. Cannot completely disable (turn off) WiFi, (likely due to the above). What (few) administrative tasks that are available, requires:download &installation of a worthless"mobile app", which also requires the device be connected to the local WiFi network. Current administrative functions are limited to 3 tasks, changingthe:administrative password, WiFi password, orname of the WiFi SSID. T-Mobile Internet app losesany/allfunctionalitybeyond the local network. If the gateway is connected to the internet, and the device with the app is as well, then there should be no valid reason to require "local" access, especially if the next point is true… As this prevents a parental/guardianauthority from managing the device while travelingoroutside the home (at work). T-Mobile app does not permit multiple instances of the app to be logged in with the same account/credentials. (per T-Mobile technical rep) What absolutely perplexes me is that many (if not all) of these points DID NOT EXIST when I reviewed an earlydevice around one (1)yearago… So why "cripple" the functionality?!?895Visto6likes11ComentariosHome Internet Gateway WiFi Channel
I have theT-Mobile Home Internet Gateway (aka 5G Gateway) based on the Sagemcom chipset. Model: Sagemcom FAST5688W Firmware:SGJi10205-1.2.B4 It keeps selecting the most congested WiFi channel in our condo, it's very strange. Can I use the "Nater-Tater" config file approach (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8s3ZhGYEl2I) to change the WiFi config, similar to the Arcadyan KVD21 that Nate uses? Thank you in advance.516Visto1like0ComentariosT-Mobile Internet App Buggy
I'm trying to change the 5G internet thing i just got, and it's buggy as hell! When I go to change the name, I click on "Done" and the app freezes. It turns white, and nothing happens… I literally JUST got this device, and the app is already giving me problems. hahaha66Visto0likes1Comentario5G gateway with Google Nest ipv6 issue

I up until today have been a certain show on Netflix, I tried to watch it today but it disappeared and I received a message about my VPN/ proxy being on, I haven't made any changes, I can still watch other shows but the show I was watching disappeared, it won't even let me screencast from my phone. I am using a 5G gateway, it tried disconnecting the gateway and connecting to my TV thru my phones hotspot but still had the same issue. Anyone have any advice?155Visto0likes1Comentariohow do i turn off WiFi generation in 5G gateway
I use TMobile 5G gateway (10Mbps) as a failover internet WAN. My prime WAN is from Xfinity Cable (1gbps). Failover is handled by a Ubiquiti UDM Pro which is my main router / firewall. My WAPs are then plugged in to that router through my house. The Arcadian KVD21 i was sent my TMobile used to have the option on the router admin page to turn off the WiFi signal that the Gateway generates, but seems that option isn't available anymore on the mobileApp from Tmobile internet or on the router page 192.168.12.1 For reasons of security and reducing wireless signal interference, I would really like to shut down that TMobile gateway's wifi signal without having to go in and unplug the antennas within the device, or alternatively have a means to turn down the signal strength, or even get a TMobile gateway that has no WiFi signal generation. Please help if you can. Sadly i wasn't able to speak with anyone who understands networks at TMobile home internet tech support. Sorry - they try to be helpful but don't know the words.862Visto0likes3Comentarios
