Talk with rep to file a non damaged phone claim
wife has the Samsung flip 5 and the bottom half of phone is not working. This is software related or something else. Would like to replace the phone. Unable to do this via T-mobile website. Has you call in, only option is to report it as a physical damage, no software option. Should I just file it as physical damage or can someone call me?Solved55Visto0likes2Comentarios
