Hello, fellow T-Mobile customers. I am merely writing this with the hope that someone atT-Mobile will read it and FINALLY, after SEVENmonths of headaches, fix and properly bill me. In December of 2022 I turned in my iPhone XR in exchange for the iPhone 14 and added a line because T-Mobile was running an $800 off the new phone promo. I handed my phone over to an associate in the store. Well, we are coming up on July 2023 and every monthI have to waste my time fighting to have my bill corrected because every month T-Mobile does not apply the promo (bill credits.) Every month whomever helps me promises that they have updated and fixed the error, but the next month it is the same old story. At some point I was told that they never received my trade-in, which is absurd because it was not lost in the mail or something. I handed it over in the store! So, did the associate pocket my trade-in??I was told they would investigate and follow up with me. I never received a follow-up, and then I was incorrectly billed again. Nobody at T-Mobile will provide a point of contact, someone who I can communicate with so that I do not have to spend an hour+ every month explaining the problem againwith someone new. It is terrible service. I have been more than patient. This is ridiculous. I would NEVER ever ever recommend T-Mobile to anyone based on this experience. I feel stuck because if I cancel my service with T-Mobilethen they will say that I still owe the balance of the iPhone 14. I am happy to pay the small amount that I might actually owe at this point, but they mightsay I am working off the full cost of a new phone, vs the $300 that it should be because of the promo. T-Mobile, please fix my account! Please bill me properly! joined t-mobile about a month ago. was told we would get the 55+ plan that costs $110 a month and our two iphone 15 pros would cost less than $8 each per month and we would get autopay making our bill about $115-116 a month. They charged us $154. Called the bill pay customer service folks and they said the deal I qualified for didn't exist under that specific plan even though I was told otherwise. Shame on you tmobile. They said I could qualify for the discount on the phones if I just add $20 to my bill. I don't know how these people sleep at night. I have been abroad for a few months, and before departing, I froze my line so I wouldn't pay all the fees while I was away. I am now trying to log back in to my T-Mobile account and when trying to do so with my phone number it says my phone number is not recognized or registered. When logging in with my emailit asks that I provide the phone number linked to the account, but when I do it says the phone number is incorrect. I was given my phone and was informed that it was mine to keep and do as I please even make a tmobile online personal account to manage it. I made the personal account in hopes the company had apps for security and games ect I had full access to my account and I started the account using my identification information and personal email. Then I found a data breach in 1 of the credit reports so I contacted T-mobile to find out how to handle the breach the rep said he was unable to login to my account stating that if I wasn't the account holder I wouldn't be able to login and view the billing side of my account mind you I made a personal account using my email and DOB Ect. I logged in and that was months ago even still today I am still able to view the billing side of my account. However T-mobile after the first phone conversation and the first rep congratulating me he said that my account was the first he had ever seen where the company owed the consumer money and not consumer owing T-mobile. Since then T-mobile has yet again allowed or has given out personal identification out to unknown individuals who didn't have my information associated with the phone. So they being T-mobile gave my personal account to some unknown business and stripped me of my account permissions. Your not going to believe why though. Someone deposited funds into my personal account that was made with my email address not some business account with several phone lines under the business account. Which as of now I am actively looking for attorneys to settle this issue but of course the shotty services on my phone now I get alot of dropped calls, web pages time out or just freeze on top of redirects to pages I didn't want in the first place.599Visto0likes2ComentariosWrong number used for account administration

I have had nothing but problems with Tmobile since I went to post paid from pre paid. I have had my plan changed without my knowledge. I have had 2 extra lines added to my account with NO phone numbers, but BILLED FOR 4 LINES @ $165.00. I have spent hours and hours on the phone or in the store trying to resolve T mobiles receptive billing errors. Now all the sudden my whole account payment history doesn't show for this year and 8 months from last year. They act as if they are doing US a favor by crediting our account as a "courtesy" credit. How is it a courtesy when they are making customers pay for something they didn't approve, add, or request.
