So I am currently on a phone plan with my ex and looking to take myself off and onto a new plan. Store associates already told me they have no way of transferring numbers and phones between accounts which is crazy and really should be a thing but whatever. Apparently the only way and quickest way is to port the number out to another company and then port it back in. Does anyone know what companies this works best with and will work nicely with T-Mobiles system? I don't want to accidentally go with a company that is going to make the process difficult and take weeks or months.Solved44KViews0likes5ComentariosUsage Details Not Showing
When I login to my account or check the app, my incoming/outgoing call and text details are not showing accurately. One day it will show callsfrom a particular number and the next day there will be no details from that same number, although calls/texts were made.Solved19KViews4likes24ComentariosWhy charge a upgrade fee?
I know when you go to a store to purchase new plan or upgrade phone they charge you a 35.00 fee for each phone you upgrade. When you plan on doing 4 or more phones that fee should be waived or adjusted to a flat fee of 80 or 100.00? But what if you do it online through the website and have the devices shipped to you. Does that fee still apply? I am trying to way out my options before I upgrade my currents devices? Its not tike they have to do much work. The Phones transfer all the info for you. All the store reps have to do is scan the new phones and the required info for their service to know what phone you have and what line its too. and then the Samsung phone will switch all your information over tot he new phone. What are the steps needed to transfer my account to my sister? I own my T-Mobile account. My line has no EIP or I have my phone paid off. My sister and husband are under my account with EIP balances. My goal is to transfer ownership of the account to my sister and to have my line removed. I do not wish to keep the number.Solved8.9KViews0likes3ComentariosMaking the switch from Boost mobile
Is there any promotions/discounts for new cell phones through T-Mobile, like boost Mobile did for Virgin Mobile customers when making the switch? Also I have a custom plan for being a loyal customer for around 15 years starting back with Virgin Mobile ( I would get special discounts for never letting my account default ). My question is, since I've been a loyal customer with Virgin Mobile into boost Mobile for a decade and a half plus,am I able to keep my current plan with T-Mobile if I make the switch?7.7KViews0likes5ComentariosAccount Suspended For Seemingly No Reason
Hi all, I went in to my local T-Mobile store today and 1) Switched from a pre-paid account to a post-paid account (Magenta Max) and 2) ordered the new iPhone 13 Pro. The rep assured me that I would still be able to use my current phone (iPhone 7) until my new one comes in November. Here's the issue: my phone line/account has been suspended for some reason and there is seemingly no way for me to restore it. My account says "Pay outstanding balance of $0.00 to restore service." The issue is that my service was not suspended for missing payments. I paid like $2 just to see if that would work and it did not. Does anyone know what's going on here or have experienced anything similar? I'm on the 611 line right now but I've been waiting for ~1 hour so if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them haha.Solved7.2KViews2likes10ComentariosLinking T-Mobile Money Account Through Plaid Service
Hi I'm a relatively new T-Mobile Money customer and a long time T-Mobile customer and would like to know if there is a way or if there are plans to all T-Mobile Money customers to link their accounts to services using the Plaid platform? I understand that T-Mobile Money is a subsidiary of BankMoblie which was a part of Customers Bank, and when I have connect my account through other services by using my ACH information it comes up Customers Bank. However, if I attempt to use Plaid I cannot log in through Customers Bank or through BankMobile to link my account which is very debilitating in how I use my money. Are there plans to make this type of connectivity functionable?Solved6.8KViews27likes33ComentariosWelcome Sprint Community!

Here comes the vent. about a month ago I canceled my T-Mobile account which had me and my ex-girlfriend on it I wanted to switch to Mint mobile my girlfriend stayed with T-Mobile but they made her get a new account since I was the account holder. I was told that once I pay off my phone and my ex girlfriend gets her new account then my phone would be unlocked and I would be able to take it to Mint mobile. I found out after I had already canceled my account and paid off the phone that the phone would not unlock. since I don't have an account anymore it is very hard to get verified with anyone from T-Mobile I've had to be in a T-Mobile store while talking to a T-Mobile representative on the phone so that the person in the T-Mobile store could verify that I was me and so that the person on the phone could submit a unlock request which I have done three different times!!!! this issue has been escalated three different times also. the device is a Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra and the reason code is 19 when I try to permanently unlock it on the device. T-Mobile has no answers when I'm able to get through to them but that's only if I'm at a store and talking to a rep on the phone at the same time. the device is a replacement device from Assurant which is another route that I explored for a possible problem but was assured that the IMEI should be in T-Mobile's database even though it's a replacement device. I'm running out of options I don't know what else to do I have $1,000 phone that I'm not able to use to make phone calls or use cell towers and it's so frustrating oh and I also just recently received my final bill in the mail from T-Mobile which is a negative! -$47 balance so now I'm wondering since it's not a zero balance and since T-Mobile owes me money could that be the reason that my locked. Does anyone who has read this far have any suggestions or reasons why my phone is locked? I'll be filing an FCC complaint next because they restricting me from using the device that I legally bought from them. I doubt it causes any progress but maybe someone will see it and care enough to tighten the leash on big companies like T-Mobile.Solved5.5KViews2likes9Comentarios
