Extra fees hidden by salesgirl at purchase
Has anyone (everyone?) noticed this situation: I purchased an iPhone SE at half price. The sales girl told my son that it came with a case and tempered glass. Later, I found out that the charge for the case and the glass (each $39.99) were added to my bill to be paid off in 24 months. There is absolutely no way I would have agreed to this as I barely could afford the half priced phone.We went to the store and asked about it and the rude manager said there's nothing she would do about it. This is false misrepresentation. Different topic- How do ourSyncUp Kids watches go from $10 aline to $12 and now $17 without notification? It wasestablished for a 24 month auto draft. Do they just raise line charges whenever they want. Getting very frustrated with T-Mobile
NO PHONE I WAS PROMISED BUT YOU STILL BILL ME SHAME
Was told that I can have a new cell since I originally was told that by customer service, I paid over a 100 a month just for cell phone service, and for the last two months I don't have a phone however I'm still being billed the 100 each moth. Called a few times the second called said I refused the offer however I have the VM, as well as the text message saved to my devise stating that I can redeem this offer any time by calling or texting customer service I can't call them because my phone is broken. So whenever I text them they say that they cant authenticate the account one thing I know for sure is I'm a war time veteran, to be called basically a liar I'm going to post this on FACEBOOK to all my veterans, and it's so bad that they can still bill me but they couldn't honor their word. In closing I'm beyond frustrated with how I was and am being treated so I'm just not going to pay anymore bills and when they try to collect I'll get them for breach of contract.
What is wrong with my home screen?
MOTO G POWER 2020 I'm not sure what the specific page is called-it's the furthest page when swiping to the left on the home screen-and looks different, allows me to customize my widgets, scroll up and down through them, etc. Regardless of its name, it suddenly glitched this morning and is now saying that my account (??) is not supported. I've never seen this before and I can't find anything about it online, so I'm wary about clicking any links. I have no idea what to make of this or who to contact for help.
