I noticed on my account activity log from online invoices show that someone (with use of a handful of numbers) have been sending pictures, send & receive text messages, making and receiving calls, using up data on almost a daily basis since activating my TMobile mobile account, March 2023. It shows activity coming & going from my phone (without my knowledge). I'm not getting notifications, etc. aside from what I ran across online last night that has been posted to my billing invoice activity log sheet. My phone, a Moto G Stylus I got new with new service has been a bit glichy & buggy but I didn't realize it was hacked from the moment I turned it on. How can I block this from continuing to happen? What exactly are they extracting from my phone and why isnt it showing up on my real-time logs? I get some notifications when legit calls & messages come in (at least I think I do) but to see you exchanged 338 text messages with mostly unfamiliar numbers over a 9 day period is just mind blowing. I know for a fact, I haven't sent a total of 338 text messages collectively in the past 5 years let alone 9 days. Yes I said 5 years. I'm pretty much try to limit my use of the internet for personal use the best I can for fear of this same scenario happening to me now. I really need to know: 1) how to make this activity stop ASAP; 2) find out who is doing this; 3) determine what exactly was sent out from my phone; 4) find out why I'm not getting notified of all activity on my phone & 5) how to keep this from happening again either on this very account or potential others? So now that I'm aware but don't want my novice knowledge to make matters worse or allow this activity to continue, for the remainder of my contract, just because I don't know what to do from here. Can someone in the know, please give me some guidance? I would really appreciate it. Is there someone I should be in contact with via TMobile or within my local law enforcement office? Is there an app I can download to check my phone for unwanted presences? An app to wash my Android phone clean and keep it clean? Thank you for your time & attention to this very scary but real situation. Suzanne You can reply to me here or via text message since my phone has already been compromised. Hi! This year, together with my family, we celebrate twenty years as very pleased (at least until now) T-Mobile customers. My current phone device - which is still in perfect working order - is a Cat S61 (https://www.gsmarena.com/cat_s61-9076.php). However, it's six year old and only 4G. Very unfortunately, its maker (Bullitt Group) went defunct this past January, leaving it without any future worthy successors. The primary worthy successors I found are those offered by Ulefone. From them I just obtained the Armor 27T Pro (https://www.ulefone.com/products/armor-27t-pro, https://www.ulefone.com/a/pf_preview?id=5bb53063-6db2-4df0-a6c4-a3d09cb1f25d) which I received a bit over a week ago and it (using WiFi and a USB C-C cable) with its Android 14 OS loaded itself with all the apps from the Android 9 Cat S61 that are applicable to its Android 14. I haven't yet placed a SIM on the Armor 27T - that's the subject of this conversation. I'd like to keep my present Cat S61 with its present 4G SIM whilst would also like to obtain a new 5G-SA SIM for my new 27T also to be associated with my current phone number. Please, please don't for a moment think that this is a foolish request to have two devices simultaneously operating under the same telephone number!!! Rather, it's a request to be able to use - one device at the time - one or the other. If one device is active on the T-Mobile network, I shall shut it down first as to allow it to orderly de-register from the network, then wait a few minutes, and turn-on the other device. I simply want to use one device or the other without swapping SIMs - which can lead to breakage of their respective SIM holders and is a time consuming task. I've attempted yesterday at the Town Center Boca Raton, FL T-Mobile's "Experience Center" to accomplish such maneuver but the very kind, charming, and otherwise knowledgeable young lady that attended me indicated they don't have the technical expertise to do so and thus wasn't provided with a new SIM. Thus I come to you to plead for help. Please kindly indicate me what shall I do to accomplish this! Thanks so very much!326Visto0likes10Comentariosissue with Samsung new watch pre order.
I recently made a purchase, taking advantage of the promotion for the new Samsung watch. I pre-ordered the watch on the 25th, and the shipping date has passed. However, the order status still indicates that it is being processed. I have attempted to contact customer service via phone but have been unable to obtain the assistance I require. Could you please provide an update on the status of my order and advise on the next steps to resolve this issue? Thank you for your attention to this matter.40Visto0likes1ComentarioVPN (SonicWall) will not connect over T-mobile 5G Hotspot

My wife and I treated our parents to T-Mobile service. Her mom upgraded from a 3G phone under the grandfathered Simple Choice trade in your no longer supported 3G phone promo. Her mom recently passed away, but we have 2 years left on that line's contract. Can I transfer that line to a Pixel Watch 2?Solved140Visto0likes3ComentariosUsing DIGITS via VM VirtualBox Emulated Android Device
Has anyone tried to use DIGITSon a emulated Android device? I am running VM VirtualBox. Within this I am running a virtual Android device. Iinstalledthe DIGITS app via Google Play. Curiously, if I run the app without maximizing the created window, it asks for my T-Mobile ID - I enter it, and then my password, and click the login button. The little whirly circle appears on the screen, suggesting the information is being processed. After a moment the whirly circle disappears, and the screen is unchanged. There is no error message printed on the screen - but it does seem something is not working right. I do have the virtual device's wifi working fine, otherwise I would not have been able to download DIGITS from Google Play. The emulated android device only has wifi - there is of course no actually ability to access the cellular network - but that *should*be fine for running DIGITS, or so I am told. For some reason, however, if when starting on the app, I hold the mouse click for an extended period, I get a menu - I select 'new window', then 'maximize window'. This *seems* to work. I've run some tests, and I was able to send text SMSs to myself, listen to a voicemail message, etc. But, for DIGITS to work right I always need to open it as a maximized window. So, why am I doing this? Out of necessity. I use a Nokia 900, which is a 3G device. T-Mobile is discontinuing its 3G network, so very shortly my N900 will become a PDA that merely has wifi. I have placed an order for an Astro Slide 5G, which was supposed to be delivered June 2022, but now they are saying July 2022. So, until I get my new phone, I need DIGITS in order to send & receive text msgs, check voicemail, etc. I can use a chrome browser to access DIGITS - this does work - but *facepalm* the system wants to senda 6 digit security code to my cellphone *each time I log in to DIGITS*. This is the cellphone that will loose cellular access July 1. Yep, all in the name of security. I mean, a system that is turned off is also ultra secure, but the clever trick is to make your system secure *and* usable bythe legit users. It seemsthat if I use the DIGITS app (instead of accessing the DIGITS webpage via chrome)it will not do this absurd security measure every time I use DIGITS. So, far, so good. I have little faith that nothing will go wrong. If anyone else has done this before, I'd be happy to hear your tips and suggestions.129Visto0likes1ComentarioT-Mobile app keeps stopping.
This issue with the "T-Mobile app keeps stopping" has been going on for many months. About a month ago, I found out in this forum that t-mobile was aware of the issue & was working on it. It stopped for awhile & started again a few days ago. This is beyond annoying. I have tried everything I could think of - uninstalling the app, updating the app, reinstalling the app, rebooting after doing anything new, etc. At times my phone is almost unusable because the message pops up when I am trying to do something crucial - like making a payment to a medical provider. This can't be that difficult of a fix. T-Mobile - your response to this issue is unacceptable. When are you going to fix this issue permanently. I am tired of my phone being heldhostage to your dismissal of this problem & your refusal to make a permanent fix.27KViews8likes16ComentariosFree Flip 5 Upgrade?
Got an email today from T-Mobile about an offer regarding the new Galaxy Z Flip 5. When clicking on the link, the site says you can get a free upgrade to the Flip 5 if you have a MAX plan. I do. But when you click on the pre-order link, the only offer is for up to $500 off the phone, That is not remotely close to free. What's the story?653Visto0likes9Comentarios
