Hi everyone, When using the t-mobile app after signing in an error page keeps popping up. It says "Sorry, Something went wrong. No podemos procesar tu solicitud en este momento. Intenta nuevamente más tarde". There are two buttons at the the bottom that say 'Dismiss' and 'Try again'. If you click the dismiss button it just brings you to a white screen with the t-mobile logo in the middle and the words 'and done' at the bottom. If you click try again, the same error screen described above re-appears over and over again.Neither of the buttons fix the issue. I have an iPhone XR. I've downloaded, deleted and re-downloaded the T-mobile app multiple times to remedythe issue but it does not.My account is not pre-paid. Using a web browser, I can log into my account with no issues. Anyone else having these same issues? Anyone have a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated:)15KViews7likes24ComentariosT-mobile wingman/Managed wifi settings on iPhone
Why do I have two managed wifi settings on my IPhone? When I remove the SIM card they disappear. There is no way to delete them nor forget network.Every time Ireset network settings they reset to auto-connect? I have extracted the script of one of the managed settings and its concerning it contains the verbiage to bypass MAC randomization, create a captive portal, and hide it from me the user?14KViews3likes9ComentariosiPhone 13 Series Dual eSIM Setup Instructions
After spending 4+ hours on the phone with customer care, and in-store, today trying to get Dual eSIM's setup on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I left the store with one eSIM and one physical SIM on my new device. I need help and direction on how to get multiple eSIM's from T-Mobile setup on my device. I currently have two T-Mobile accounts - one personal, one business. I've previously used them in Dual SIM setup, one physical SIM & one eSIM - as described above, on my iPhone 12 Pro. Every time I've needed to re-setup the single eSIM for that device, the store always struggled to know what to do and how to get me setup with a single eSIM. Now that the iPhone 13 Series supports Dual eSIM use, I'd like to get setup this way.The device was ordered from Apple to activate T-Mobile's network, and the eSIM for my personal line came pre-configured upon the arrival of the device. However, when using the "Change SIM" option in "My Account" for my business line, as well as the store attempting to update from their end, the system gives an error stating "Looks like that eSIM number is already set up." after inputting the EID from the iPhone 13 Pro Max. "My Account" has no option to input any other information from the device that may link the 2nd eSIM back to the network, and the in-store employee said the same, or didn't understand how to set it up on their systems. I need precise direction on how I can get both eSIM Profiles for the two T-Mobile accounts installed/downloaded to the new phone. I have been checking my missed calls and for some reason, right below there's a message saying "answered on other device". I do not have call forwarding active nor do I have the "answer on other devices" active. Are scammers somehow using my phone number? Or has T-Mobile sold my information somehow and is being misused by someone else?8.1KViews0likes5ComentariosTrade-in offer costed me more?
To provide you with some background, I dont trade in my phone unless it's like an insane deal. I saw a deal on May 8, 2021 that looked something like this: T-Mobileis offering theiriPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro or iPhone 12 Pro MaxwithUp To $830 Off(via 24 Monthly Bill Credits) with aQualifying Device Trade-In. Available Phones (prices before applicable trade-ins or bill credits): Apple iPhone 12 minifrom $729.99 Apple iPhone 12from $829.99 Apple iPhone 12 Profrom $999.99 Apple iPhone 12 Pro Maxfrom $1099.99 Eligible DeviceTrade-in Value(must be in good condition): Get up to $830 off: Apple: iPhone 11, XS, XR, X, 8 I was had and iPhone 11 at the time and saw that I pretty much…don't have to pay like anything other than possibly activation and what not. That same day, I went to the Tmobile store downstairs from me and spoke w/ sales rep and I asked him at the start, do I have to pay anything today or over the next few months? and he said "you don't have to pay anything withthis trade-in". I was like…this is awesome, I'm about to walk out with a 1:1 trade-in. So after ringing everything up at the register, the I offered to pay ANYTHING that same day and the rep said I didn't have any outstanding charges and even said that I could get a new case with it. I have my new phone now and I didn't even have to pay a thing. First bill that came after was $8.54 more. Then the next and the next and all the bills after. The only difference I see on the bill? Under "Equipment" it says I received T574 2021 Apple Trade P6 of $26.05. These numbers and codes are gibberish to the average consumer and where are these numbers even coming from? I contacted support after a couple months after realizing this will be reoccuring for god knows how long…I attached the customer support's response when I asked them to clarify the charges: WHERE ARE THESE NUMBERS COMING FROM? The receipt I received said NOTHING about any of these. I fail to comprehend what this customer support is trying to explain. Nothing about these things were written anywhere a customer could see. I understood that I would have possibly received monthly credits but I also had offered to pay upfront any future charges. EITHER WAY, $830 trade-in credit? Nope. According to this customer rep, I owe a lot more and the reoccuring +$8.54 lasts for 24-months. This is absurd. Please correct me if I am interpreting the deal in error. Even if the deal was executed in this way, the sales rep shouldn't have denied any additional charges and could have at least explained these things to me when I had asked????????5.1KViews0likes5ComentariosT-Mobile 5G Connection Issues causing missed Texts, Calls, and Voicemail - NO DATA!
I just don't understand the disconnect or differences in the 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G wireless generations and why 5G seems to be so different. I never had to second guess what my status bar is indicating. I have had "5G" connection issues on Apple, Samsung, and now Google devices. Random errors like "emergency calls only" or no signal whatsoever. Or full 5G UC access - yet I can dial my phone and watch it not ring or indicate a missed call. I can even send a text message or leave a voicemail and neither ever arrive. Thought this issue was limited to Samsung and Apple. Got a Pixel - same issue - so I think it's the Tech itself and/or the tower but not the devices. Had 5G + on my Pixel 6 - placed a call while out and it rang but left voicemail - nothing. Realized the voicemail didn't pop up - tried again - nothing. Then I got a "missed" call. Yet no ring. When asked, the person said it rang but it was a long delay, and it didn't seem like a regular ring. Not sure why this is but when 5G is enabled, at some point your device "disconnects" from the network and you have no idea you have missed any contact attempts. Turn 5G off? Walla! Issues are gone. Smh Did those two voicemails ever pop up? Nope! Still waiting. Imagine if someone called me during this time, left their dying will on my voicemail and I would not have any clue they called me, let alone that they left a message. Meanwhile my phone shows connected and full 5G access. T-Mobile engineers need to speak on this, and they need to stop this 5G push if it isn't even reliable. NEVER had to ponder if my device is connected or not with LTE. NEVER. I guess I will try 5G when 6G comes out ……….4.9KViews8likes14ComentarioseSim stuck on "Activating" on iPhone from EU
Hello there! My wife is facing problems when activating her eSim for T-Mobile US Prepaid. She already chose a plan, payed, the new phone number was successfully set up but now (since 12h) she's still in the process of "Activating". I did the same and after waiting some minutes in the "Activating" process all went fine. What shod wedo now? We're currently located in Germany and will travel to US soon; I've activated using WIFI + Vodafone (as local operator), she tried with WIFI + O2-DE (as local operator); I'm not sure if/how cell towers differs to allow mine to succeed and hers to fail. I've read here and there that there might be a way to get a QR code to re-initialise the process, but I have no idea how/where to get it. Please let me know, any kind of support is much appreciated, thank you :)2.7KViews0likes3ComentariosWhy won't my Apple devices print using the new T-Mobile Cylinder/ Gateway router's wifi?
New Gateway Cyliner router working great, except none of our Apple products can print via wifi. "No air printers found" is the error they return when we try. I've tried to troubleshoot using both Apple and T-Mobile customer service and no one seems to be able to help. Is it because of WPS? The printer is on wifi because we can print from any other devices. If we can't figure this out, the router is going back.2.4KViews2likes10ComentariosHas your back ordered iPhone ever come way before estimated delivery?
I ordered the iPhone 11(purple 128 gigs) on Saturday, the estimated ship date is 10/15-10/29. I honesty don't have the patience to wait that long and am thinking about canceling the whole order until the hype dies down. I even was going to get it directly from Apple but they're backed up as well. I know it's out of T-Mobiles hands because they don't manufacture the phones so I'm not blaming them. I guess my question is have you ever had a back ordered come way before the estimated ship date, not just a couple days before but weeks before it was expected to arrive?2KViews0likes3ComentariosCheck if Device Reported Stolen
Hello! I recently purchased an iPhone 11 on Mercari for $60, and found out finally after fixing it that there's an iCloud lock. But I am also curios if there is any way to check and see if it has been reported lost or stolen through T-Mobile. If so, I would gladly return it to the owner, or see if they did not wish for it back, could unlock it. I know if I were to ever lose my phone, I'd pray somebody honest found it and did their efforts. Does anybody know how I could go about that?1.4KViews0likes1Comentario
