Apple TV+ on Us: for Magenta Max subscribers! Fine Print states Apple TV app registration? How can I resolve this issue without having an Apple device to load this app? Please advise!
20220901 Redeeming this offer is more confusing that it needs to be...the fine print states signing up for Apple TV app. But it would best to DIRECT subscribers to the "Activate your Apple TV+ subscription below. I couldn't erase this post but I figured it out myself so hopefully someone else that is confused will read this and see my STEP by STEP solution: Go to home page and scroll down to the graphic below for Activate your Apple TV+ subscription. Step 1: click on wireless link if you are a current Magenta MAX subscriber and then follow prompts. It will convert your current 1 year FREE Apple TV+ account that states you will be charged $4.99 to a credited by T-Mobile account. Instead I was pulled into the fine print graphic that states registration via Apple TV app.You don't need to do that. Just follow the link in the Activate your Apple TV+ subscription graphic that I just mentioned above to process this new feature. Anyhow good luck to you all. Hope this helps others. How long is the subscription for Apple TV+ on Us available for Magenta Max accounts?
I have a Magenta Max 55+ plan. Benefits show Apple TV + on Us. I have activated it and was sent the link and codes but when I actually get into my Apple TV account it says my subscription has expired. Am I missing something? Is/Was this a limited offer? Gracias
How can I redeem the free Apple TV & Netflix offer for Magenta subscription?
I just bought a new phone and add a new line with T-mobile Magenta Max today, but it didn't show up on the benefit/promotion page on the advertised free Apple TV and Netflix subscription and how to sign it up. I did see the AAA membership and went through the signup. I am wondering where I can get access and how to activate the memberships for Apple TV+ and Netflix. Gracias.
Jump 2.0 and Apple TV+ 6 month offer
Do you have to cancel Jump 2.0 to get the 6 months of Apple TV+ for free? I went to try to redeem the Apple TV+ offer and it wants to make me give up Jump 2.0. Why is this? The phone is paid off already but I may want to use that program in the future. Can anyone explain this?

Not a question, some information about what was found over many hours of Apple support time. Many of those hours were because my Apple ID was ancient and needed to be updated to an newer email based ID. -- It was initially created for my 30GB hard disk iPod. A long time ago... Wait for theSMS activation link to besent. Even though the page/documentation might make you think it's immediate, done from the activation link in the web site, activation is accomplished via a link that's sent to you via SMS. You'll get one that says they're working on it, then you'll get one prompting you to activate the association. The activation text/link is the one you want. Don't use Brave browser. Chrome works, Brave does not. The terms and conditions UIs for AppleTV are blocked by Brave browser, and no notification is presented. The authentication UIs are displayed, but the consent UIs are not. Chrome works, Brave does not. Executing #3might not have been necessary. But if you have trouble… One guess was that the AppleID neededto be associated with a "device" in order to accept terms of conditions. I have no Apple devices.This was accomplished by installing "Apple Music" on my Android and logging in. After accepting the terms, I was prompted for credit card entry. "No card" is an option, but I couldn't get "Continue" to enable. I found out that you have to click somewhere else in the form for it to enable. I registered a card, I was told that it's not necessary. I was also told that it can be removed. I'll be doing that shortly. Note: Apple support was AWESOME!appletv+ issue
I redeemed the apple tv+ offer, and my subscription is recognized on my phone. But, it idoes not seem to be reconglized when I try to log into the apple tv app on either my mac or my roku device. When I log in on my phone @ tv.apple.com, I go right to Apple TV+. When I try logging in through the app on either my mac or roku streaming device, I get the sign up for a free 3 month trial offer. Just got off chat with the apple advisor and he/she was scratching his/her head. Has anyone else seen this problem and cracked the code?Apple TV+ shared with family members
In the Apple TV+ FAQ (link), there is a section: FAQ When we activated this benefit, we used my wife's Apple ID but she has 2 form authentication turned on, so it makes it harder for other family members to use it in a browser, etc. From the FAQ, what are they referring to being able to "share" this account? Ideally, I would imagine we would have 1 Apple TV+ account and be able to "link" up to 5 other family members to that master account so they can use their own ID and passwords. PS. I did check the settings from my wife's account while on Apple TV+ and didn't see any options around this.
Who gets to use free AppleTV+?
I have the six-month free subscription to Apple TV+. The free trial period is coming to a close, so I was going to cancel through T-Mobile so I could get the discount for purchasing a full-year subscription. When I was about to cancel, I got a warning that this would cancel the trial for all other lines on the account. But the AppleTV+ offer says that the trial is only good for one offer per account. So which is it? If I continue to subscribe at $6.99 per account, will all four people on our plan have full subscriptions to Apple TV+? Or will that just be my own, individual subscription? No one is using it to stream through a T-mobile app or anything like that, the intended/desired use is to be able to stream to our TVs. Does the continued $6.99 through T-mobile give all four users AppleTV+ subscriptions, or is it a single subscription, with no benefits for getting it through T-Mobile vs directly from Apple?
