Hello, About 2-3 months ago I changed the autopay payment method in my T-mobile account from one method to another, from a checking account to a credit card. The system shows that my new method is the DEFAULT method of payment. However, the autopay is pulling out of the checking account that was originally used. It just happened again today. The credit card method is the DEFAULT method of payment, yet T-Mobile is only withdrawing from the old account. My old account is a closed down business for which I need to keep it open for another couple months, but it's not right for the debits to come from that business anymore. This is a very big problem! While I wait for an answer, I am going to DELETE the old method of payment. We'll see how that goes.Solved1.8KViews0likes6ComentariosText about payment method
I changed the payment method on my account from cc to checking account as soon as I received a text message telling me to do this in order to preserve the $10 autopay discount. (Annoying, because I won't get cc rewards, but I did it.)I kept getting reminder texts, but when I checked my account online I could see the only payment method listed was my checking account, so I ignored them. Then today I get a text saying I willno longer receive the $10 discount for autopay because I haven't changed my payment method from cc to checking. Account page shows only one saved payment method (checking.) Is anyone else experiencingthis snafu? I will change providers before I pay $120 a year for the privilege of paying my phone bill.62Visto0likes1ComentarioPago automático
Now you want access to my bank account for me to continue to receive my auto pay discount. So if my (and the rest of us on auto pay) information is compromised the thief can drain my bank account? This seems like a huge disservice to me and all of your loyal customers. This is purely a money grab my T-Mobile. They want to save the credit card fees by screwing those of us that dropped our old carriers because T-Mobile was a "different" company. Now your plans are slowly changing to closely match the other big "screwed up" combines and now the cost is about the same so why stay with T-Mobile? Yes your map shows more pink but to be honest the phone my company provides is one of the other big carriers and T-marble works better in some areas and the other guys work better in some areas. Its really a toss up. When I call T-Mobile I used to get a local rep that was very helpful now I get the same "out of country" rep that can barley speak English and I have to repeat myself over & over and they are still not understanding me and its very frustrating. So, what is the advantage for being a T-Mobile customer? Sorry TM, you've lost your edge!!!43Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile Won't Take Credit Cards Anymore! 😡 🤳🏻
We have used T-Mobile as our cell provider for many years and have our account auto pay monthly on a credit card. Today we got a text that T-Mobile will no longer offer its $10 per month savings when you auto pay unless you remove your credit card and pay by electronic check or debit card. Auto pay benefits T-Mobile the most, letting it get timely monthly payments and avoiding the big cost of chasing delinquent payments. We use our United Airlines Visa to auto pay now, which also is a partner with T-Mobile. Besides complaining to T-Mobile, I will complain to United Airlines, who wants me to use my credit card. This is a TERRIBLE business decision, T-Mobile. My business takes credit cards and does not penalize its customers. Who is with me in complaining to T-Mobile?1.7KViews0likes4Comentarios
