Does anyone else have a problem with their bill constantly wrong? My bill has been higher since I switched and it keeps going up with no explanation.. I called in and had the upper mangers say that they would correct the issue and still nothing. They even have it in their computers what it is suppose to be and it always too much.. Is this a common bait and switch with T mobile where they hope you get tired of calling in to deal with incorrect billing tactics? Any help is appreciated.37Visto0likes0ComentariosBilling Detail Access
The monthly bill has gone up to $27~ since last December. I attempted to access the bill details but require authorization from the main account holder. Currently, I am under my brother's account, and he is unable to log in to the T-Mobile account to grant access as he is overseas on military duty. Is there a way to access the billing details without needing approval from the main account holder?21Visto0likes0ComentariosMystery Lines On Your Account
Hi, everyone. T Mobile has decided that they want me to let everyone know they should be checking their account immediately for unrecognized devices, lines, and higher bills. Nobody in our household has iPhones, but just today I was notified about a DIGITS promo that had been incorrectly applied to my account. As it turns out, T Mobile had allowed someone to add a new line and device on to my account without my knowledge. The best part is, they had been using DIGITS for some unknown reason. Perhaps it is to steal my information, perhaps it is to spam people from my phone number. In any case, customer service did remove it from my account right away, but my bill (after adjustment) is yet still $10 higher than it was last month. This kind of security breach must be something I am responsible for. They have so far been completely silent, and I am wondering what it is going to take for them to make this right. I've been a T Mobile customer for about a month now, and every week there is some kind of enormous problem. Regardless of my issues with the company, it would behoove you to double check your plans for new mystery phones that T Mobile has allowed onto them. They won't notify you, but they will bill you for it.9.9KViews5likes18ComentariosT-mobile Scam
We switched from Verizon to T-Mobile on October 4, 2023 in Richmond, Indiana. The store did not have the iPhone that we wanted in stock. T-Mobile shipped the phone to my house and requested I ship my phone to their facility. I printed the tracking number that was provided by T-mobile and shipped my old phone to the facility. The tracking number indicates that the phone was received by their facility. T-Mobile has failed to credit my account thus voiding the promotion we signed up under and charging us over $800. I have tried to connect with Tmobile numerous times over the phone and in the store and no solution has ever been provided. T-Mobile fails to provide anything in writing indicating they will honor the promotion we signed up under and still showing an outstanding balance. This is a scam and I would like to hold T-Mobile accountable for their shady actions.129Visto1like1ComentarioI canceled my T-Mobile before and was sent a bill
So I canceled my T-Mobile either the end of July. My last bill was July 5th. I will send a bill of $103 in August and then a bill for $82 in September. I've been meaning to call but I've been very busy with school and full-time work. Today I received a bill for my debt collector for $82 because a T-Mobile. What is happening? I was told by the representative I wouldn't be charged again after I canceled. So why was I charge twice? And then one of them sent to a debt collector? I'm extremely furious.Solved3.1KViews0likes19ComentariosWhat are the taxes and fees in California for essential plan?

Has this happened to anyone? I did an account transfer to my mom, in which my act was closed. (Dec'22) Before the transfer my mom purchased a new phone. They didn't transfer my moms billing to the new account. So i was charged on my old account which still hadmy card info I called over the phone and was toldi couldn't be refunded because the account is closed. Apparently the process when transferring was done wrong. I hadto transfer my moms device over to the new account before closing. Iwas helped with both transferring acct and closing (since itcouldn't be done at the t-mobile store)over the phone,so the person helping me have had to known that since the point was to transfer the acct (DEVICES AND ALL). Ihad NO idea they were goingto charge me, i did not receive any statements for my last bill or ANYTHING. Plus i was charged in January too!! When i log inonlineit goesstraight to my moms new account. So there was no way for my to see my bill for January or Feb! I woke up to huge bill on my bank acct So now im stuck with a possible collection bill!! it's so frustrating that i had no idea of this bill. Someoneactivated a sim card on my account and made calls originating from Jordan outgoing to different countries in that region. I am in the US and I only have one activated phone. This had to be a Tmobile employee because who else would have access to my account? I have called customer service several times and I am getting empty promises and lies from the Tmobile Rep's. I was told that a Fraud Claim was filed on my behalf and that was a lie. I was also told by another rep that I would receive a call back from a manager to help me rectify the situation and that was also a lie. T mobile needs to do better!124Visto0likes3Comentarios
