TMobile has intentionally and knowingly refused to cancel my account despite dozens of hours on phone calls, 3 visits to stores, unknown chat requests, social media posts, etc. Despite all the mentioned avenues, TMobile claims I never cancelled my account, though they have the phone records proving I did (not to mention the returned equipment - meaning I cannot use the 5G internet). Now I cannot even receive a simple detail like a legal mailing address or email to file a dispute. I'm sharing what I have finally discovered through hours of work: Legal Department 12920 S. Hi everyone, I'm dealing with ongoing unauthorized Hulu charges on my T-Mobile account. Despite multiple attempts to cancel, I'm still being billed $8.65 monthly. These charges have added up to $129.75 from April 2023 through June 2024. Over this period, I've reached out to T-Mobile support multiple times-through emails and calls-but the issue still isn't resolved. It feels like I'm caught in one of those tricky situations where canceling isn't as easy as it should be, especially since I signed up through Google TV. I'm hoping someone from T-Mobile can step in here to help finally get this sorted out. I know these issues aren't uncommon, and I'm also interested to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience. Thanks for any advice or insights, and I really hope T-Mobile can jump in to resolve this once and for all.87Visto0likes1ComentarioOvercharging. not getting what I promised during adding a line

I am one of those who still have the legacy Pay As You Go. It is not my primary number but I keep it since I like the number. So, I almost never use it. I keep about $10 in it. Today I was trying to make a phone call and it said I did not have enough money. I checked my account and it was at 0 balance. If I look under Line Details → View Your Usage, it says "No records found." I left the Billing Cycle filter out. However, at one point, I got to the Transaction History screen (can't find my way back now), it had a bunch of "DomesticUsage", Outgoing, Usage Type: Message charges. It seems they are on random days and most were 0.10. The online rep: said that this meant I sent texts on those days said they did not keep records on which numbers the texts were sent to would not believe me when I told her I did not tried to sell me a monthly plan 😂 It seems others might have this problem too: https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/158dw8l/my_mom_has_a_legacy_payasyougo_prepaid_plan_but/ and I have had an episode with them a few years ago that made me not trust their billing system. I ended up asking the Rep to disable incoming and outgoing texts and put more money in. Hello. today I was on my account and looking at the activity or bill pages. I had reviewed the completed purchase history, summaries, etc. One of those on the list had an option to have it e-mailed to me. When I clicked to have it e-mailed to me, It was not e-mailed to me. I would like to know why that option did not work, and why it might not have been e-mailed to me. I did, however, somewhere find an option to download a PDF of the paid bill for my records.135Visto0likes3ComentariosCan I pay for my phone number outside the US?

I have tried different browsers but it is not working. I do not know what to do. Can I still pay for it being outside the US? Why is it not working?102Visto0likes1ComentarioPrice increase for Seniors?
When I got TMobile. I was guaranteed that the monthly payment would NEVER increase. I retired at 69. I am now on a fixed income. Is there a senior discount for people over 70 years old. I have never had an issue with T Mobile. I left AT&T, Verizon and Comcast because their price changed yearly. Please reply to my email. Ellen Ernagle155@gmail.com294Visto1like0Comentarios
