So we have had T-Mobile Home Internet for the last 8months. We live out in the country & had a hard time finding a provider. It either didn't exist or they put limits on the data. We were happy to find T-Mobile & even happier that it was unlimited! I work from home. Well today our internet was shut off & I received an email stating it was suspended. There was no reason for this…we were current on our bill & everything. I called them & was informed I wasn't using my Gateway where i originally signed up & they had an old address of mine on file as my current address which I had never given to them. Anyways we got that straightened out but then I was informed that unlimited coverage wasn't available at my address so I can switch to the Lite plan. I was like what do u mean it's not available?!? We've had it for the last 8 months & we're still currently on the unlimited!! It IS AVAILABLE! I was informed that as of June 2024 T-Mobile has the right to change the availability of any service at a specific location at any time!! So I've been paying $60/month for unlimited & now I can receive the Lite plan & be maxed out at 100MB for the same price!! How is this right?!!? Not only that but the connection at our location had started to get bad & when I was working & someone would turn on a TV my connection to work would go in & out & customers would say I was breaking up & they couldn't hear me. I think it was bc we live so far out & since it's summertime all of the trees have filled out with leaves now & they're blocking the signal more than it was in the winter time. We always had a good/excellent signal in the winter & it's always a weak/poor now. We were gonna get another Gateway & another internet plan & have my computer on its own internet plan. I have a VPN so it uses a lot of power. They would've had 2 accounts with us! Now that they pulled this crap with us we're leaving! This is a bunch of bull! How can they just up & decide to rip unlimited away from u that you've had for the past 8 months!! T-Mobile is a joke!!!78Visto0likes1ComentarioBill Explanation
I need help, from someone that can explain my bill. Knowing that rates were going up, we dropped two lines, to offset the rate increase. Somehow my bill is still going up +$25. When my husband called and spoke to someone communication seemed to be a major issue. When he called back and asked to speak to someone in the United States, he was told that they could not transfer. If that is true, do I understand correctly, that T-Mobile, the PHONE COMPANY does not have the capacity to transfer the phone to a primarily English speaking person in the United States? With the new rate hikes and lack of explanation, T-Mobile is now significantly (10+ %) more expensive than the same service at Verizon. I feel this makes it more a lack of understanding the bill. My question, how do I get someone, that speaks English, from the United States, on the phone, with my husband, to walk us through how the bill jumped (roughly) 29% with LESS services?76Visto0likes2ComentariosYour promotion has changed - ASK ASK LTE WIFI GATEWAY
Anyone else get this email ? I do still ( not sure why ) have a 4G booster that is still plugged in that was free I assumed. I did try thier Home INternet service when it came out a year or so ago but ditched it as it wasnt fast enough. So I have NO idea what this is about and the last 4 do not match any of my numbers… Also checked and had no credit on my account.. So…T-mobile.. what is this about ?21Visto0likes0Comentarios$5 with TMobile Money
I'm just curious. I have 5 lines on Magenta and been getting $25 discount ($5 per line) each month. If I enroll with T-Mobile Money, it says I can get $5 discount "per eligible line". My questions are: 1) What is an eligible line? 2) Will I get another $5 discount on top of the discount I'm already getting?541Visto2likes2Comentarios
