45 TopicsMessage Blocking activated but I can't undo it
When I try to send text messages to my son and/or his wife, I immediately receive the message that Message Blocking is active. But when I look at the list of phone numbers that I HAVE blocked from texts, phone or FaceTime, their numbers do not appear. This only occurred after I purchased the new iPhone13. Previous to that I have had no issue in sending texts to them. I am able to send texts to my other contacts. The only unique thing about my son and daughter-in-law is that their phone numbers are in area code 630 while their sisters are in area code 616.102KViews1like21ComentariosBlocked numbers and THEIR records
This might sound silly, however, my best friend's wife hates me. We have been best friends since Kindergarten, but I don't want him to call or text if it shows on the phone records. But if I call and *67 my number, will it still show up on they're phone records? Can you block your number when texting?20KViews0likes6ComentariosBlocked Text on bill?
We have a certain number blocked on our phones in our family. However, in looking at our phone bills, that number shows up as an outgoing text (only) on a couple of isolated occasions. Person whose phone line it's under swears they didn't make any texts but can't explain why it's showing up. Any thoughts?4KViews0likes4ComentariosT-Mobile IP's Blocked
Having a lot of issues with T-Mobile Home Internet IP's getting blocked by sites and services. Other than using a VPN, which is a pain in the backside + slows the connection + still runs in to block issues, whats a solution? Guessing only solution is to cancel and go back to cable??? I'm slowly finding myself blocked from sites due to T-Mo's ip's being blacklisted. First, it was Wikipedia. Couldn't edit some pages. Then I found my OWN WEBSERVER was blocking me. Used a VPN, got in to my server firewall, and found that ip block lists being loaded by CSF Firewall from major security firms (Such as Barracuda to name one) are doing blanket blocks on T-Mobile IP's. Games blocking my kids from connecting on their ipads and laptops, even got some weird warning from netflix. Now today, my wife tried to access a site she uses for work, and nothing loads, fire up vpn, sure enough works again. Contacted the site, IP's blocked. Kids chromebooks occasionally have issues as well connecting to school systems. Doesn't appear school is blocking all tmobile IP's though. It seems our ip changes every couple days, so some days it works some days it doesn't. This is getting frustrating.2.9KViews3likes12ComentariosBloqueo de mensajes
I'm using a T-Mobile eSim on my iPhone with a pay-as-you-go plan. When I try to send a text message it fails and I get this response: Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active I've looked this up on TMO support and followed this link to configure message blocking: http://t-mo.co/profileblocking It lands on a "We can't find the page you're looking for." page. How do I fix this?2KViews0likes7ComentariosSending email to @tmomail.net gets blocked
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address failed: phoneline@tmomail.net: multiple delivery attempts failed I can send an email from my personal @gmail.com to phoneline@tmomail.netbut cannot send mail from an @specific domain. This domain is NOT on any email black lists and can send to other email addresses just fine,in fact, TMobile can SEND messsages TO this @specific domain I just cannotreceive. I've tried blank messages, test messages, messages with attachments etc... I found when trying to forward the blocked message to a t-mobile.com tech support email it was also blocked on their internal domains. This has been going on for over a month. I've called into tech support many times over the past month.I can only restart my phone or clear cache so many times. I'm pulling my hair out trying to explain the TMOBILE E-Mail server is blocking my messages, not my phone or app1.6KViews1like8ComentariosT-mobile is BLOCKING me from ordering directly on Samsung.com
I'm trying to take advantage of the pre-order special for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra directly from Samsung.com because their offer is better than T-mobile. Samsung.com is offering the same promotion as T-mobile + a free Samsung Galaxy 5 watch and $37.55 off my total (thanks to my employer perks discount). Which brings me to a total of ~$27 a month for 24mo installment plan with a trade in of my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G. T-mobile I would have to pay ~$31 and that will not include a Samsung Galaxy 5 watch. So purchasing directly with Samsung.com is a no Brainer. However, it turns out I can't because I am a loyal customer of almost 22 years and I am on a legacy agreement called the MCSA which is blocking my T-mobile PIN on the Samsung website. Specifically this error message: "You've tried to login with an account type which is not supported on Samsung.com" The only solution to this is for them to switch my account to a "regular" account but in doing so I will lose any and all promotions and discounts that I have on my account which includes a free line credit that I took advantage of 3 years ago. How is this fair? And any thoughts or suggestions? This promo ends tonight :(1.1KViews0likes6ComentariosSMS messages fail to send - error "Message Blocking active"
This problem began a few days ago. Before that, no problems. I cannot send or receive SMS messages to one specific contact. We can call each other and send MMS messages, but not SMS. If either of us tryto send SMS, we both receive the "Receiver <number> unable to receive message - Message Blocking is active." Neither of us has Message Blocking enabled for any numbers. We're both using Arduino phonesand use Google Messaging. We have: Deleted each other's contact and cleared the conversations: Shut off Wi-Fi: Reset the phones: Tried different SMS apps. Cleaned out the "Spam & Blocked" folders. Any other ideas besides going to visit T-Mobile?1.1KViews0likes1ComentarioEmail to text not being delivered

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile a few days ago. Now I can't seem to send text messages to Android users from my iPhone. Have turned on cellular, roaming, turned phone off and on. Apparently I can respond to texts sent to me, but can't initiate. ¡Ayuda!599Visto0likes4Comentarios
