I recently obtained TMobile home business Internet service due to an issue with connecting to the VPN for my work. The business service fixed that problem but created another for our home internet use. I can connect our TVs to the router (Inseego FX2000) but I CANNOT use any of the streaming services - unable to connect on any TV. I can stream these services when connected via my computer. My service does not include a static IP address. The error message I receive when trying to stream Hulu is "The Web Page is unavailable." AppleTV just gets hung up and I get the message "Unable to play." I still have the home Internet service connected and all streaming services work fine with this. I just don't feel like paying for both services. Any help would be appreciated.Solved999Visto0likes6ComentariosHow do I change business name?
I signed up in store. The person who helped me spelt Enterprise with an I instead of an E. I have called to get this fixed and they said they would but that has not happened. Is there another way I can fix it? It's pretty embarrassing for my business name to be spelt wrong on Caller ID!Solved801Visto0likes3ComentariosT-mobile Home Internet Speeds
Is anyone else having home internet speeds far less than advertised during the day? I'm talking about under 3 Mbps down & up. During the day I work from home and rely on internet to be at least decent to keep the workday going. It doesn't help me so much my speeds are 500+ Mbps at 2:03AM.473Visto1like3ComentariosWhat website do I put while filling out the T-Mobile Reseller Program?
Hello! I was wondering, what website do I put while filling out the T-Mobile Reseller Program? Do I have to build a website and design it like how I would if I got approved for the program? I'm confused as to if I need to own a Mobile Service company before I even get approved? Can someone please help?413Visto0likes3ComentariosTMobile Engineer / Operations Support - TMO blocking email to text from sendgrid seriously impacting business
Hi, Tmobile just recently changed protocol about 10 days ago. We are an answering service and we've been seeing the majority of our messages to doctors, business owners, etc being blocked from Tmobile. Sendgrid is showing that Tmobile is blocking the messages in an effort to cut down on spam. All of our messages are legitimate. Sendgrid is trying to push us to using Twilio's Text to Text API (which I suspect is because Sendgrid was bought out by Twilio and trying to get us to pay an arm and a leg for per text messaging rates). I need to reach out to t-mobile to determine how all of our messages can be added to a whitelist. Blocking our legitimate messages to our customers because they originate from email instead of text to text is seriously impacting our business and we need to find a work around for this asap. That or our only immediate solution will be to tell hundreds of t-mobile uses to switch carriers. I need to get a phone number or email to someone that has the authority to help with this issue - someone w/ TMobile's engineer team - is there someone who can point me in the right direction on who to reach out to. The general TMO support line has been no help despite multiple calls and multiple messages that have amounted to - "don't call us, we'll call you..." and we have yet to hear ANYTHING back after a week and a half!253Visto2likes1Comentariocoverage in Downtown San Diego
The problem started January 2022 with both of ourphone getting really bad service in the heart of downtown San Diego.T Mobile coverage map shows5G enhanced services in all of downtown San Diego but when we test both of our phones Samsung S22 Ultra and IPhone 11 Pro Max we get less than LTE for a 3 block radius and tech support has checked the phone many time in store and online . The cell tower has been getting upgrades for 9 months and nothing changes even when a ticket is sent to tower sitestaff that say they respond they have5G service. So should we file a complaint with the State of California consumer affairs for consumers fraud with miss leading marketing of services that tech staff say isn't there. We have called 10 Plus time and get no help. We asked fora create for less than LTE services for 9 Months and the best T Mobile can offers is $75 when we have paid over $700 in charges. Really at the end of our rope with T Mobile and how you do business HELP216Visto0likes2ComentariosT-mobile Scam
We switched from Verizon to T-Mobile on October 4, 2023 in Richmond, Indiana. The store did not have the iPhone that we wanted in stock. T-Mobile shipped the phone to my house and requested I ship my phone to their facility. I printed the tracking number that was provided by T-mobile and shipped my old phone to the facility. The tracking number indicates that the phone was received by their facility. T-Mobile has failed to credit my account thus voiding the promotion we signed up under and charging us over $800. I have tried to connect with Tmobile numerous times over the phone and in the store and no solution has ever been provided. T-Mobile fails to provide anything in writing indicating they will honor the promotion we signed up under and still showing an outstanding balance. This is a scam and I would like to hold T-Mobile accountable for their shady actions.121Visto1like1Comentariois there a way to restart my account
I switched over from Verizon but I did start a new number. I wanted a fresh start went with Samsung and all that. Well when I went in I had a idea in mind of what I was getting and that was the s23 ultra. Well they set me up with an account without asking which plan I wanted which they chose for me bissness which is not at all what I wanted and it being that why made it so couldn't get the s23 ultra because it was a 400$ down payment. Well it wouldn't be if the dude asked me any questions. I'm actually pissed off and want to know if t-moble will actually help me out on this or if I have to move carriers again even though I just started.Solved101Visto0likes3Comentarios
