My phone hasbeen very consistently not able to receive incoming calls. I tried to call my number using bothother Tmobile phone lines and my coworkers' who have different phone service. None of them can call my Tmobile phone number, but it directly routes people to voice message. I have donea phone warranty, change new SIM card, and call 611, they have helped me filed a ticket for engineering team, but still, I tried couple times and people still can't call me but routing straight to the voice message. What if there is an emergency and I can't pick up the phone calls? I pay a lot for the service but I can't really use it?And I am very tired of waiting and calling 611 line, everyone is busy working and I can't keep on calling them regarding this annoying problem. I do need to keep my current phone number so please help me fix this problem. The problem has been going on for so long that my supervisor is getting very upset with the fact that he can't call me for work.10KViews2likes10ComentariosCoolpad surf mobile hotspot receive texts/calls on phone
I was wondering if there is a way to receive calls and texts to the hotspot phone number on a connected phone. I know I can access the texts by going to http:/mobile.hotspot, but this is cumbersome and I can't get calls this way.42Visto0likes1Comentariosnapchat calls

I was calling a place A. While still calling the place A (and listening to their pre-recorded message), I got an incomingcall from a place B. What would I need to do to first end the call with the place Aand then to answer the call from the place B? (The only options of which I amaware are: 1)to decline the call from the place B, then to end the call with the place A, then to call the place B again…However, place B did not respond then…2) To accept the call from the place B, and to let the place B listen pre-recorded message from the place A - which would also mean to let the place B know that I am calling the place A, which I did not want to do for privacy reasons.) My phone is Samsung Galaxy.Solved72Visto0likes2ComentariosDigital Touch Tone vs. Touch Tone
Technology can improve our daily lives and can also complicate them. Going forward at times, can result in going backwards. "If it isn't broke, leave it alone". Touch tone Old technology has a preprogrammed "tone" established, allowing a connection to be heard and passed through with correct information. Newer technology uses thousands of tones associated with 0-9 computer screen connections. " if you would like to receive this call pres 1", by pressing 1, this tone must connect with the exact receiving tone as the outgoing tone. If the tones do not exactly match, you mayfind yourself pressing "Beethoven" vs "Motzart". Your call will not connect if your note does not match the receiving note. How do companies address this issue? After several agents pass the buck, hang up on you and you finally manage an agent without preprogrammed bot mentality, you will discover a claim to their technicians will be processed for further review. Usually a 3 day or week process. Akind agent will brief you upon this expected length, though technically this is a breech in policy, some agents are actually still bread with human decency. A history of incomming lines will be viewed for their tone matching capabilities to rule out whose playing b flat. Once identified a tune up follows. However as with all instruments, those musicians know nothing ever stays perfectly in tune. Going forward can at times mean, your really better off sometimes with one octave than with multiple octaves, as there are less variables of your touch tone being unable to play the exact reciprocating frequencies needed to simply....connect calls. Life is a balance of machine and mankind. Machines are only as good as they are programmed. A good company will never put policy over their paying customers. A company is only as good as its character, not of its policies. Policies are fluid rules needing to bend with the tide of current needs. A company unwilling to address their outdated or unacceptable policies, will find their "product" will never support their character. But quality of Character will always support a product.109Visto0likes1ComentarioIf I'm out of the US traveling and someone calls me and I don't answer the call will I be charged? If that person leaves a voicemail and I don't call to check my voicemail would I be charged?
Last thread is 4 years ago! What is the current answer to the question? Please respond without tech jargon so I can go about doing whatever I need to do as a Magenta+ customer to avoid all calling charges while overseas, and still be able to use data and text.5.7KViews0likes5ComentariosPhone and text not working

I have a call forwarding service and I am looking for a way to see the number that actually called before being forwarded. When I check in recent activity or a detailed billing statement, I see it simply as an OUTGOING call to my forwarding service, but it does not show the number that actually called. Should it not show INCOMING from the original number first, then OUTGOING to the forwarding service?553Visto0likes1Comentario
