I use an android phone and For the past 2 to 3 days, my data has been so slow that I can't access downloads on certain apps. I don't what it is, but its getting annoying. Usually, I would just chalk it up to t mobile tower troubles. However, I've had a history of my data coverage being so trashy. And it's because of one thing that still don't freaking understand and that: the carrier hub application. Someone explain to what the hell it does and why does my service always get worse when is have to mess for an update or permission or whatever. I've been dealing with this carrier hub bull crap for a few good years using t mobile and it still gets on my nerves.50Visto0likes0Comentariosipads not connecting to home internet
I have a 2nd gen and a bit later (2012?) Ipad that have been working fine when connects via WiFi to at&t. However, 2 weeks ago I moved and set up T-Mobile home internet. All my other devices have connected with no issue. A 2013 MacBook Air connected with no issue. The iPads are unable to connect, despite resetting network settings, unplugging modem, etc. The passwords are for sure correct and the devices are able to connect to public networks so not a wholesale WiFi issue on their end. I appreciate any suggestions.Solved12KViews2likes14ComentariosT-Mobile home internet problems
My T-Mobile home internet has been acting up for the past 2 months at first it was just connection speed but now it randomly disconnects all together and I have to restart it for it to work again and sometimes that doesn't work so I have to wait until it fixes itself78Visto0likes0Comentarioswidespread power outage resuting in spotty cell tower connection
We have had a wide spread power outage here that caused the cell tower we connect to be very spotty with almost no internet for our phones and almost none for our T-Mobile Gateway. That was understandable since the cell tower was also not getting power. Now that the power has returned, we are getting internet with a weak gateway connection when before the outage, we were getting a very good connection. Mostly, I would hope that I can get a message out that the tower needs a maintenance check up.320Visto1like3ComentariosConnected... but not?
SoI'm sitting on my couch with my phone, browsing websites, streaming music, checking email... all of a sudden, my phone is acting like it has no connection. It shows 5GUC and all five bars but it's acting like I'm out of myservice area. I turn on "airplane mode" for 5 to 10 seconds and turn it off, now everything is back to normal. This only started happening these last 2 weeks. What could be the cause? I haven't changed my plan, account settings, or location. (I am NOT using WiFi.) I am using the same phone I've had for thr last 6 months (Samsung S22+) so there hasn't been a change to equipment either. Again, this issue only popped up the last 2 weeks, and toggling airplane mode "refreshes" the connection. I also doubt its my data plan since i have not changed my usage habits and the billing cycle just reset. It's intermittent (so it could happen 6 times an hour, or once every couple of hours). Anyone have any clue on the cause and a possible fix?523Visto0likes3ComentariosCoverage - what is the plan for my area?
I've been suffering with very poor T-Mobile/Sprint coverage for years in Byron, MN. The cellspot T-Mobile sent me helps me make calls, get data and send text - using my wifi router to provide the connectivity. However, if I leave myhome, my cell phone coverage is very poor. My Verizon work cell phone works great! I've called T-Mobile customer service and have to use my Verizon cell phone to complete the calls! What is the plan to improve coverage in zip code55920 so I can use my cell service without being connected to my cellspot? I'm so frustrated that I am going to switch to Verizonif there is no plan to improve coverage.217Visto0likes11ComentariosConstant connection drops on Home internet and phones.
Anyone know if or when they're going to fix the "tower problems" in the Mesa AZ area. I get that we have tons of snowbirds but being unable to even get through a 30 min zoom call without being disconnected is ridiculous. I've calledso many timesand the only thing they've really done to help is send a new tower and tell me to shut it off so they can reset the connection. The last time I called, April 5th they said there was a tower down that apparently wasn't assigned to a technician properly(?) And the guy said they'd get back to me by the 7th. I haven't heard back, and the problem is getting worse. It's been getting progressively worse since about the 3+ month mark. Between both phone service and home internet being constantly disconnected and slow I'm so ready to start shopping for someone else.Solved403Visto0likes8Comentarios
