Hello T-Mobile community! I'm Emmanuel Katto, a military member and I recently switched to the T-Mobile ONE Military plan. I'm planning a trip abroad soon and I'd like to know if I can use my plan for international data and texting. I've read that the T-Mobile ONE Military plan comes with 200MB of high-speed data and unlimited texting in Mexico and Canada, but I couldn't find any information on using it for international roaming in other countries. Can anyone who has experience with international roaming on the T-Mobile ONE Military plan share some insight? Are there any specific settings or apps that I need to enable or download to access international data and texting? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Hello, I am a veteran and my husband is active duty. He is deploying soon and we have the magenta military plan. While at sea, will there be any chances we would be charged for texts/calls or using data if it's within the parameters of the 5GB or using Wi-Fi? or is there anything we need to know of to make sure we will not get a huge bill on our plan? Should we let t-mobile know he is deploying so they know and wont try to shut his phone off for whatever reason? Any information would be helpful so we wont get blind sided.
International Coverage while in Barbados
I was with AT&T for the past 10 years, but I recently switched to the go5g plus plan solely for the includedinternational services which is important to me as I will be in Barbados for 20 months for school. However, my coverage has stopped within a month of being a customer and the t-mobile support has not been helpful at all. I have not received any clear answer as to why my service has been cut. I have only used around 2.26GB of my 5GB international data. This is really frustrating as I have to rely on Wi-Fi now, but Wi-Fi is not readily available everywhere. Many of my peers who have t-mobile are also experiencing this issue while in Barbados. The local service providers here are all working fine, and we are all at a loss as to why t-mobile is the one service not working. My peers with AT&T or Verizon all have normal cell service, but not T-Mobile. As a new customer, this is frustrating and makes me question if I should go to another carrier where service is stable.

I want to use my iPhone in France for text messaging, web surfing and google maps (I hardly ever make or receive phone calls). When I land in France, will my iPhone and plan just continue to work or do I need to something? I want to confirmwhat I read. My understanding is that with Magenta Max,phone calls in andout will be $0.25 perminute, text messagingand data are free, but at much slower network speeds. Is this accurate or do I need to buy an international plan?
