I use an android phone and For the past 2 to 3 days, my data has been so slow that I can't access downloads on certain apps. I don't what it is, but its getting annoying. Usually, I would just chalk it up to t mobile tower troubles. However, I've had a history of my data coverage being so trashy. And it's because of one thing that still don't freaking understand and that: the carrier hub application. Someone explain to what the hell it does and why does my service always get worse when is have to mess for an update or permission or whatever. I've been dealing with this carrier hub bull crap for a few good years using t mobile and it still gets on my nerves.50Visto0likes0ComentariosText messages not sending and being received
Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra here. Yesterday I started to have a problem sending and receiving text messages. I would send messages and they would go through hours later, same for receiving. This is happening with a known iPhone user and a known Android user. Any idea what the issue is?57Visto0likes0ComentariosUpdated Network Software
I contacted T-Force for an order issue and at the end of the chat the representative stated that they had "refreshed and updated the network software on their end." Does this actually mean anything or is this just fluff? I noticed that afterwards I wasn't getting 5GUC in areas that I was before which could be a coincidence but I thought the timing was weird.Solved190Visto0likes2ComentariosI only get 2 or one bar of service
I only get 2 bars of service, and 2 bars is the highest it'll go. I paid for another month not too long ago, and it still doesn't go past 2. I've tried everything from restarting to re-inserting the sim card again. I really don't want to think I paid $50 just for 1-2 bars. Is there anything else I can do to get my data to reach 4 bars again? My phone model is theiPhone XS Max.7.6KViews1like6ComentariosMapa de cobertura
Your map clearly show 5G coverage where I spent the day Saturday yet I had 0 bars, no service whatsoever. Also, 4 other guys that were with me that had T-Mobile also had 0 bars, no service whatsoever, and we all had different devices. All the other guys I spoke to said once they are out of highly populated areas they often get poor or no service. Please stop lying in your coverage map. Regardless, I'm done with your false claims and after my 2-year period I will be dropping T-Mobile coverage like yesterday's trash. You're service may be the least expensive of the big carriers but you consistently lie. Even at my house that shows clearly in 5G UC zone I have one maybe two bars of LTE. Your shenanigans not only lost you a customer but an advocate. I will never advocate for your service because you've done nothing to remedy the situation except to make false promises.29KViews6likes9ComentariosIs it possible that T-Mobile is finally getting more accurate on converage maps ?
Is it me …or does it appear like T-Mobile only updates their coverage maps with real dead zones when they have a mandate to …fix it ? For ~5 years, (TBH, since the old 'verified coverage, as well as the 'green' maps), T-Mobile has stated - with the full fury of T-Mobile's executive response team, office of executive management and people like John Saw/Neville Ray that 'Our engineers have verified 5G and LTE extended range coverage' at specific addresses, while showing it on their coverage maps and …stating that there are "No updates or enhancements" planned. Now, after more than a½of a decade and obtaining this in writing …T-Mobile now shows all of these areas as …"No Service". The 'Happy Hill', 'West Village', and 'Marine Terrace' areas have not had service in +10 years. I'm not sure to be happy that T-Mobile is finally getting accurrate (which they have claimed they always have been) or that I've been gaslit for quite some time by their executives. I'm sure that there will be 'some' form of excuse.58Visto0likes2ComentariosEastern Caribbean islands
Does the TMobile service work like Home network on the US Virgin Islands? (San Juan, Puerto Rico or St. Thomas USVI)? Going this November 10th on a back to back cruise, 14 days total. (Half Moon cay, Grand Turk, Amber Cove Dominican Republic) then to Amber cove again, San Juan, St. Maarten then St. Thomas USVI….I know not to use my device while on the ship, even though they now have Starlink Satellite internet (Thanks Elon) I can see a future where our TMobile devices will work at sea too…..Gottalove Elon Musk.Solved296Visto1like4ComentariosT Home Internet Bad to Worse, now Gone
I've been with TMobile 15 years. Got Home Internet as soon as available.in my area. Not rural, but not urban here either. CSupport told me I can possibly connect to 4 towers with 5g from my location. My speeds have never been over 30 MPs, but ditching my cable company was huge, so I've suffered along. Speeds went down to 10 MPs last week and a ticket was filed. Back story… 3 months ago I had connection issues. But WOW! I was connecting to N41 band 5g and speeds over 100 MPs! Thus is it I thought. Well that connection was never stable. Dropped out every 15 min. Back to TM CService and got stability, @ 20-30 MPs back in the N71 band. It's coming...it's coming I kept telling myself. OK back to last week… CS explaining my slow speeds… this AM I had speeds below 6mps. I work from home. Can't connect to company servers… 2 hr. With CS. Just got a call back. T-M is no longer going to support Home Internet on 5g with thetowers I have been connecting to for the last 6 months! No notice no nothing. An entire work day plus time to get a new provider. My boss is "thrilled". Unacceptable service from the company I've reccomended to friend for years BECAUSE of customer service. It's been fun TMobile… hope you get your act togther. I'll be hoping I don't get the same person at the cable company I flameswhen I cancelled….360Visto0likes5Comentarios
