I'm having issues getting a rebate from T-mobile on the AirPod Promotion. When I go into the rebate site https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ my phone number is auto-populated and then it requires Promotion Code. I've never received a promotion code. What is this promotion code and is it unique to my purchase. I have called customer service and they basically seem like they don't know what I'm talking about. This is quite frustrating and I'd like to get my rebate visa.23KViews2likes33ComentariosT Mobile Experience Forum compensation
I participated in a focus group for the T Mobile community which was run by a marketing company called Fuel Cycle on April 20. It was a one hour discussion of people who recently switched from another carrier to T Mobile and we were promised a $100 honorarium for our participation. I have still not received my $100 and have sent numerous emails to no avail. Nobody responds. I am frustrated as I spent my time and gave my opinion on the questions asked and now I am still waiting over a month later. Can anyone help?Solved4.3KViews0likes15ComentariosBilled for a phone that was aupposed to be a free phone!!!
How many of you get promised by T-Mobile rubs that you were getting a free phone and then get charge for it on your bill? I was promised a free phone a year ago if I would add another line and every month I have been charged for the free phone. It's so frustrating for dishonest sales people to say one thing and then your bill come out charging for a "free"device. Reps need to be held more accountable as we the customers have to end up paying the bills for theirsales tactics!!! I call T-Mobile customer service and get nothing but you signed a contract as an excuse for being charged fir a phone we were told was free. And it does not take off the charge anywhere on the bill. I'm still paying monthlyon a free phone that doesn't even work well!!!3.7KViews9likes9ComentariosAnyone else experienced a PAID line being added to their account without your authorization, and then had issues with T-Mobile when trying to remove the added line and get a refund?
Upgraded and bought a new iPhone in a T-Mobile store on 04/22/2022 - I am unfortanely just now noticing after reviewing my yearly reports for tax season approaching, that there was a data line added to my services/bill on the same day, for an apple watch?! The charge was insignificant in cost enough for me to never notice too much of a difference, and the sales representative in the store explained to me the new bill amount and an increase being due to the monthly amount I would be charged for the iPhone payment plan option to pay month for a phone instead of paying in full. I am now trying to have the line removed but the customer service dept. has only tried to tell me I am wrong and that I activated this on my own MONTHS prior to 4/22/22, which is so far from true. I have only ever used my apple watch on wifi/connected to my phone via bluetooth. After reviewing my usuage overview for 2022, each month shows the additional line and every month has 0.00GB of data used. I found this information through my t-mobile account but yet the customer service reps I've spoken to (which has been several now) all seem incompentent and unable to find similar information to show that this change was unauthorized. In addition, the representatives only focus seems to be on conversion or a new sale, rather than doing actual customer service. What happens to customer service??? Anyone had similar experiences? What did you have to do to get T-Mobile to cooperate and help? Do I need to file claim with the Better Business Bureau you think? Anyone filed with the BBB before, and if so, did you have any good results from it? I just want a line removed and something credited to my account for the near year I have paid for a service I never signed up for or authorized, and it seems impossible.1.1KViews0likes10ComentariosTrade-In iPhone Promo - Did not receive what was promised
On 12/17/20 I went into the retail store. Associate told me they were having a trade-in promotion. It's the 2020 Apple Trade P28promotion. I asked her how much credit I would receive if I traded in my iPhone 8 64gb for an iPhone 12 64gb, she checked her iPad, and told me I would receive $415 and that I would be receiving $90 of it day of. I thought this was an excellent promotion so I did it. I paid the tax, received the $90 credit and was told the remaining of the $415 would be credited through 30 months. A week later I checked my account and saw I was only receiving total $293total credit ($7 monthly credit for 29months), not the $415 promised. When I called T-Mobile Customer Service, they said the promotion was UP TO $415 and depended on the condition of your phone. The retail store associate DID NOT say "up to," she said SPECIFICALLY $415 exactly and she didn't mention anything about the "condition of your phone." Customer service associate said I would receive a call from a manager within 24-48 hours, no response. I have been a customer for 18 years and want to receive what I was promised which is the $415 trade-in promotion credit. I am tempted to go into the retail store and file a complain, but feel I need to go to someone higher to get my issue resolved. Please help. Thank you!1KViews0likes2Comentarios5G Home Internet is not 5G
I guess when I see 5G Home Internet titlesand my house sits in the 5G Ultra Capacity on the map. I assume I am getting 5G service with a 5G device. Talking with a friend with the same service he mentioned our devices are not 5G capable. Is 5G Internet home with 5G coverage and 5G devices released? If not when does T-Mobile expect this to occur? To the community who reads this the 4G LTE is doing the job for the most part out side a few speed glitches. It is more around getting what I thought I was buying. Thanks I looked forward to the response.899Visto0likes3ComentariosPoor Customer Service
I am very very upset for my experience with T-Mobile customer service, I am a new customers and just transferred from another carrier. I talked to an agent before opening a service and I told her I have 3 phone lines that I want to transfer. She told me about the3rd line free promotion but she just sent me 2 SIM cards and told me that I can get the 3rd one later, without telling me any restriction that apply to the promotion. Later I activated my 2 phone lines and trying to add a 3rd line for free with a new phone from T-mobile, I made the purchase after I received a confirmation from the agent that I will get the 3rd line for free. But after I paid, I realized that I need to pay monthly charges for the new line, I keep asking then the agent finally told me that if I add a new line later, I won't qualify for the promotion anymore, 3 lines will need to be activated at the same time. This whole thing is totally a scam. The agent doesn't even trying to help me solve my problem, just saying that you either pay for the monthly charge or the new phone. I literally need to pay for the mistake caused by the customer service and I wouldn't have to chose to switch toT-mobile at first if this is what I got from them.199Visto1like4ComentariosMy number cancelled before time and how to reinstate it?

Having afrustratingproblem with my Connect by T-Mobile phone plan. During the past week like clockwork, I am showing a data usage of100 MB multiple times per day, which uses up my 3.5 GB of data very quickly. I have the bare minimum of apps onthe phone and don't update most of the Google apps. I don't stream videos and only do some basic web browsing. T-Mobile customer support could only recommend turning my mobile dataoffwhen not using the phone. Gave no explanation for the 100 MB data entries. Anyone have an idea on what might be causing this?
