How many of you get promised by T-Mobile rubs that you were getting a free phone and then get charge for it on your bill? I was promised a free phone a year ago if I would add another line and every month I have been charged for the free phone. It's so frustrating for dishonest sales people to say one thing and then your bill come out charging for a "free"device. Reps need to be held more accountable as we the customers have to end up paying the bills for theirsales tactics!!! I call T-Mobile customer service and get nothing but you signed a contract as an excuse for being charged fir a phone we were told was free. And it does not take off the charge anywhere on the bill. I'm still paying monthlyon a free phone that doesn't even work well!!!3.8KViews9likes9ComentariosWhat is up with charging for customer service? And why is the customer service not as acceptable as before?
I have been with t-mobile for 20 years . . . that's right 20 years. May end very soon. I should not be paying this much per month and having to pay to speak to someone. Today, I have been trying to get something resolved in chat today . . . 1 hr 40 minutes in with no solution, and am on my second rep. The chat window keeps malfunctioning, and when I call 611, i just get payment options and no option to speak with someone. I was just told to go in through the app to schedule a call, which should be available from my PC. I can't even do that because I am not getting the 6 digit code to log in. I can't login, because I am not receiving the 6 digit codes. I would like to complain, but I can't even find a place to do that. None of the subforums apply to customer service issues.Solved101Visto0likes1ComentarioCliente
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent transition from Verizon to T-Mobile. Unfortunately, my experience was profoundly negative and warrants your immediate attention. During the account transfer process, T-Mobile repeatedly made errors with both my name and address. I have spent a total of 26 hours on the phone with various representatives attempting to resolve these issues. To my dismay, one of the representatives, in particular, made an inappropriate and offensive remark, This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my perception of your company. Given these circumstances, I am compelled to discontinue any further business with T-Mobile. I request that you address this issue with the seriousness it deserves to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.54Visto0likes1ComentarioReally Bad Customer Service

I participated in a focus group for the T Mobile community which was run by a marketing company called Fuel Cycle on April 20. It was a one hour discussion of people who recently switched from another carrier to T Mobile and we were promised a $100 honorarium for our participation. I have still not received my $100 and have sent numerous emails to no avail. Nobody responds. I am frustrated as I spent my time and gave my opinion on the questions asked and now I am still waiting over a month later. Can anyone help?Solved4.3KViews0likes15ComentariosPoor Customer Service
I am very very upset for my experience with T-Mobile customer service, I am a new customers and just transferred from another carrier. I talked to an agent before opening a service and I told her I have 3 phone lines that I want to transfer. She told me about the3rd line free promotion but she just sent me 2 SIM cards and told me that I can get the 3rd one later, without telling me any restriction that apply to the promotion. Later I activated my 2 phone lines and trying to add a 3rd line for free with a new phone from T-mobile, I made the purchase after I received a confirmation from the agent that I will get the 3rd line for free. But after I paid, I realized that I need to pay monthly charges for the new line, I keep asking then the agent finally told me that if I add a new line later, I won't qualify for the promotion anymore, 3 lines will need to be activated at the same time. This whole thing is totally a scam. The agent doesn't even trying to help me solve my problem, just saying that you either pay for the monthly charge or the new phone. I literally need to pay for the mistake caused by the customer service and I wouldn't have to chose to switch toT-mobile at first if this is what I got from them.212Visto1like4ComentariosCliente
When did Tmobile allow their overseas customer service agents to be racist and call me names and get away with it?,while also charging me false data charges when attempting to maintain my line just for insurance while traveling, and then charging me 1 day of l data for $600 when they told me they would be cutting mydata off so I wouldn't be charged.44Visto0likes0ComentariosMy number cancelled before time and how to reinstate it?
Hi T-Mobile Support, I am out of country for the last 3 months and didn't pay the bill for my prepaid line. Yesterday I got the msg that I should pay the bill otherwise the number will be cancelled by 02/01. I tried paying it today and getting the message that the number is already cancelled. Why it cancelled before time and how can I reinstate my number?Solved147Visto0likes3Comentarioshow come t-mobile don’t care that their data base is hacked?
how come t-mobile don't care that their data base is hacked which means customers private personal information is breached and despite my countless efforts to bring this to their attention (twitter, Facebook, email, t-mobile) they literally don't care and won't respond. Oh and yes proof provided as well and nothing.102Visto2likes1Comentario
