I AM SO FURIOUS WITH BEING RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! Call every bill cycle and it never gets corrected!!! I traded in my iPhone for a free iPhone. Nothing was ever said about getting only so much for my phone. Free is free. The store manager scammed me and the reps continue to lie to me. They promise to credit me and it doesn't happen. I CANNOT BELIEVE A BUSINESS LIES TO CUSTOMERS!! Disgusting!!!836Visto4likes6ComentariosHome Internet Promo: $200 Prepaid Virtual Card (Total Joke)
Hi, T-Mobile Community! I'm hopping on to introduce myself as one of the latest suckers who foolishly fell for the $200 prepaid virtual Mastercard home internet promotion! I switched from another perfectly good internet provider after being lured in by the promo. I activated my service in August andsubmitted for the promo online in September. Icalled customer service after about 5 weeks. I was then told to expect the card near the beginning of October. When I didn't receive it, I called again and was told to expect it on November 7th, right at the 8 week mark. I did notice my status changed from "received" to "approved" on the online tracker. This morning I called Customer service and was told it's actually not approved, but "pending," and that I should check again at the end of this month because processing takes at least ten weeks. As much fun as the anticipation, uncertainty, and inconsistency has been, I think I'm going to go ahead and go back to my former provider. This whole gaslit bit is not for me. If this has happened to you, know that you are not alone!! And if you're someone who is considering switching providers for and advertised rebate orpromotion, please reconsider!182Visto2likes3ComentariosT-Mobile Internet - $200 Pre-Paid Mastercard - STILL WAITING
I switched to T-Mobile Internet over 3 months ago. The $200 Pre-paid Mastercard within 10 weeks was an incentive that led to me making this choice. It has been 12 weeks and I have not heard a thing. Has anyone had a similar experience? I am preparing to switch back to my previous provider if this is how they treat customers.9.4KViews13likes25ComentariosHow to get a hold of Spam department
I would like to get a hold of the T-Mobil spam department and not go through customer service. T-Mobil's customer support via a phone call isn't helpful when T-Mobil has internally blocked your number from sending text messages. They try to go through their checklist to fix things on my device when my device isn't the issue. I send up to 200+ messages very quickly with the same or similar messages to friends and family each Holiday. T-Mobile ends up blocking my number from sending text messages. So I can receive text messages, but I can't send them unless it is to internal T-Mobil numbers like 1112. This makes it very difficult to get any work done if I need to text someone who has text me. T-Mobil engineering department that configures Spam block has their settings creating false/positives. A number shouldn't be blocked for sending up to 200+ messages quickly over 7-8 days per year (Holidays). I am told it will be blocked for up to 10 days with me currently on the 5th day. I would understand if I did this everyday or even multiple times per week, but blasting out 200+ message on Holidays 7-8 times per year and getting your number blocked is very annoying. Annoying enough now that I am considering using another service provider even with me being with T-Mobil for the past 24+ years (same number). It would be great if T-Mobil created a web link on your account to request unblocking your number with the ability to provide an explanation. It would be even better if the engineers came up with better rules to actually block people that are spamming instead of creating false positives disrupting paying customers.112Visto0likes4ComentariosThis is BS
This is BS that TMobile took away charging the account for third party apps. I constantly play Hogwarts on my cell phone and now I can't purchase items in the game and have it billed to tmobile to pay for it on my next bill. I'm on disability and by the time I pay all my bills and get things for my daughter like doctors appt and food and clothes my money is gone. So charging it to my bill with a cap of 50 or 100 dollars I think it was to be added to my bill let me play the game and pay it on my bill the next time my bill came out... and they just removed that feature with no explanation or warning... I had to do a deep dive on the website to find out and it wasn't even on the website I had to find out on a forum page... this is ridiculous and should be reinstated immediately!210Visto2likes5Comentariosiphone 16 pro esim
Hello everyone My mother's brother bought me an iPhone 16 Pro phone and sent it to Israel, here in Israel it doesn't work and I need your company to unlock it for me so that I can use it, its serial number is 3811 that's what I can do with it so that it works for me in Israel Thanks to the helpers23Visto0likes0ComentariosAssurant Nightmare!!!! Stay Away from this company.
Ok I filed a claim for My iPhone 15 pro max. Paid the Deductible and sent back the damaged phone. Keep a photo of the tracking. All of a sudden an 800.00 charge shows up for Non-returned device. After Getting a T-Mobile rep on the phone they put me on a three way call with Assurant. Low and behold they did receive the phone!!!!The T-Mobile Rep. tells me they put a hold on my account to wait two billing cycles to remove it. (How cant they take it off right then and there is ridiculous) Then T-Mobile takes 414.00 out of my account two weeks later. After calling T-Mobile AGAIN and I was told the First rep didn't do what he was supposed to due and I would have to wait 18 days for T-mobile to reverse the charge. Funny how they can take my money and it takes 18 days to put it back. I then made sure I deleted all form of payment methods off my account to block any more shenanigan's from T-Mobile's Flunkeys. Now I have to wait till I can get return calls from T-Mobile to, I guess check that things are being fixed and my 414.00 is returned.Moral of the Story….DO NOT USE ASSURANT!!!!!!81Visto0likes0Comentarioshow to leave a good customer service review?
I am hoping to leave a review about some excellent service I received. I thought a survey would begin after the call, but it never came. Is there a way for me to leave a positive review for an employee if they provided me with their name@T-Mobile?Solved10KViews3likes106Comentarios
