BREAKING: @TMobile has quietly updated their TOS to include fines for content they don't agree with. Beginning on January 1, 2024, they will be fining users who commit perceived violations on their bandwidth. Who knew in America that the phone providers would now be policing the content of your text messages to fine you. S.H.A.F.T. is an acronym that stands for Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, and Tobacco. It outlines the categories of text messages specifically regulated due to moral and legal issues and is monitored and enforced by the Cellular Telephone Industries Association (CTIA) and the mobile carriers. Who gets to determine what is and isn't "hateful"? Will political text messages be censored now as well going into 2024? This is what @comcast did to me in 2019/2020 when I ran for Congress. I warned people that it would happen to others when nobody did anything to stop this when it happened to me as a congressional candidate! Nice TOS date change! Just in time for the GOP primary and 2024 presidential election! Nothing to see here!168KViews7likes24ComentariosLost my phone, need new sim card to so i can keep my old number
I lost my phone and was hoping to have a new sim card sent to me so I can keep my old phone number. I'm currently on deployment in Poland, I plan on buying a phone here, and was hoping to have the sim card sent to me because I have heard that european tmobile stores wont be able to help me with the sim card here.58KViews1like5ComentariosHow can I contact the Fraud Department?
Does anyone have an unpublished way to contact the Fraud Department? This whole setup at T-Mobile is pathetic. This internal department exists that can deactivate an account on a whim, and no one can contact them. Customer Care can't get a hold of them; the number they used to have was deactivated. The store support teams can't contact them; the best they can do is open a case and wait to hear back. How is this acceptable when T-Mobile sells itself as the friendly, no BS carrier? I'm paid up on my charges (it's a brand new account), but my account was marked fraudulent in the middle of a porting process. You deactivated not only my T-Mobile services, but also terminated my old carrier's plan due to the port. I also have no guarantee as of now that I'll be keeping my number. Everyone I contact just quotes the standard "24 to 48 hours" response for fraud responses, but that's unacceptable. If you don't know what I'm talking about, pray that you never travel frequently or try to make account changes while travelling. T-Mobile will make getting basic cellular service an absolute hell.Solved36KViews4likes27ComentariosNo voice service: Temporarily turned off by your carrier
I've been receiving this notification multiple times over the last two days. I looked online to see how to fix it. I've tried restarting my phone, checking the SIM to make sure it's in place, and turning on/off Airplane Mode. It's still showing up on my phone, and I noticed that my mobile data doesn't work when it does (no phone calls or internet when I'm not around wifi). For reference, I have a Motorola One 5G Ace. Can anyone help with this?34KViews0likes29ComentariosIP Location issue
So apparently I cannot connect to sites that need to verify your location because my new tmobile internet service shows me as being located in a State that is different from my actual location. Been on hold for 50 mins to speak to someone, not sure if I will get anyone tonightand this is not looking good for customer service support that you don't have a different number specifically for tech issues like this.30KViews12likes49ComentariosT-Mobile app keeps stopping.
This issue with the "T-Mobile app keeps stopping" has been going on for many months. About a month ago, I found out in this forum that t-mobile was aware of the issue & was working on it. It stopped for awhile & started again a few days ago. This is beyond annoying. I have tried everything I could think of - uninstalling the app, updating the app, reinstalling the app, rebooting after doing anything new, etc. At times my phone is almost unusable because the message pops up when I am trying to do something crucial - like making a payment to a medical provider. This can't be that difficult of a fix. T-Mobile - your response to this issue is unacceptable. When are you going to fix this issue permanently. I am tired of my phone being heldhostage to your dismissal of this problem & your refusal to make a permanent fix.27KViews8likes16Comentarioschat en vivo
in this day and age you would think T-Mobile would have 24 hours a day 7 days a week live chat available for tech support account issues anything related to T-Mobile instead they want you to call a number and then it takes forever for them to call you back when life chat would be so easy you can answer whenever you want they answer whenever they want just keep it open you don't have to sign in every time you leave a message now wouldn't that I'll be wonderful? who do we talk to about this? of course it's available for sales. it's always available for sales department. it's like they're saying we'll take your money but we won't help you after that.24KViews10likes18Comentarios
