GOOD TO KNOW: People who pay forT-Mobile 5G Home Internet will NOT have access to the advertised T-Mobile DIGITS app feature as a of the 5G Home Internet service. What I expected from T-Mobile 5G -A customer greeting, onboarding welcome, some sort of "This is how you use it". service agents prepared to acknowledge and handle the various questions likely to be presented by the new 5G Home Internet customers as the service is in heavily promoted in rural areas currently. Logistics. We don't need to stinkin logistics! Naw. None of that. In fact, when the device came and I sought assistance, the person on the chat…man, I had the answers already pulled up and evaluated as the "wrong answer" for my circumstance, by the time she found the correct chat-response-template. Ridiculous. Anyone can read. Well. I guess not. But. LOL. seriously. that's not support. It's not an AI. I mean, allegedly had transferred me to a human. Who knows.71Visto0likes1Comentariowhere can i compliment an employee
March 30, I went into a Tmobile store to add my daughter in law to my account. She was currently a Sprint customer.. well, I thought it would be a quick 20-30 mins in and out. NOPE 2 hours later we walked out of the store frustrated and w/o accomplishing anything! We had to call customer care, absolutely waste of time. Language barrier, not understanding what we were talking about, etc. But we did find Alishya... omg, she was an absolute SAINT. she was helping me and another customer and talking to customer care when they were not doing or understanding what I was trying to do. I can NOT say enough about this young woman. Alishya is awesome! I'm still very frustrated because customer care messed up everything, charged me $30 for a SIM card and postdated my order for April 8. I wanted to walk out of Tmobile on March 30 with a new phone and a new line but I didn't.1KViews1like10ComentariosTo Fix What's Broken, or.....Not.
This was just too funny not to share. I just joined this forum and received this nice welcome email but either the Magenta Lounge no longer exists, or the link doesn't work anymore. So I decided to take screenshots and send an email to the address on the page since they so kindly provided an email address that throws up HUGE BRIGHTred flags: NO-REPLY@t-mobile.com 🤣. I thought, 99.99%sure I'm going to get a delivery failure, and SURE ENOUGH: Just adding this to the list of reasons why I failed at choosing our next carrier! 🥳 🥂195Visto0likes4ComentariosT-mobile has great customer service
I just wanted to come on here to say that. I'm actually switching over to ATT fiber and im honestly sad to be leaving T-Mobile. I've had no issues with them, WiFi or customer service-wise. They've always been super helpful and nice and even offered payment plans when i was struggling. I know ATT definitely doesn't have the best customer service (hence why i left in the first place) but the price is cheaper and fiber is supposed to be really good WiFi. I just wanna give my thanks to T-Mobile for the past 3 years. If y'all ever invest in fiberWiFi, i will definitely be back!!40Visto1like0ComentariosGrateful for Gloucester, MA staff!
I am so appreciative of the staff at my local T-Mobile store, I wanted to find somewhere to leave positive feedback. We switched just over a year ago and I could not be happier. We finally decided to expand our services, and Sebastien was incredibly thorough, patient, helpfuland shared every option possible to help me find what I was looking for. He was very upfront about what things would cost and never made me feel pressured. One of the items I ordered had to be shipped to me. When I stopped by this evening after receiving the iPad in the mail, due to a staff shortage, the store was just being closed. It was already alarmed, and the door locked, but the assistant manager Noshgreeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me. All I needed was his assistance to put the Sim card in my new iPad so he swiftlytook care of it and reminded me if I needed anything else to stop back at the store tomorrow. This type of service never occurred with my former provider, everyday I am so grateful we made the switch. Thank you Gloucester staff for all you do.28Visto1like0Comentariosthank you T-Mobile!
Hi everyone! My name is Keirsten and I'm simply making this post bc I can't seem to find any other way to express my appreciation and say thank you to t-mobile !! I have recently fell on hard times in my life, and money is hard to come by for me at the moment. It's not that I don't have a job and don't work or whatever, but I am living in a homeless shelter right now. I'm working for people ready and jobs aren't always steady or long enough to make much money! It's almost Christmas and I'm scared I'm not going to be able to get my 3 kids much this year.. so I'm just very down and depressed. It's like I can't catch a break and I'm just trying everyday to not let this temporary situation beat me! Anyways, I wanted to say THANK YOU to t mobile for working with me on my payments and not just shutting my phone service off, like most every other phone companies do! I appreciate the fact that you all are willing to give me more time, anytime I need it bc I don't know what I would do otherwise. I can't thank y'all enough .. love you guys!! Hope you all have a happy thanksgiving too❣️60Visto1like0ComentariosT-Mobile's Top Executives Attend Morgan Stanley, Telecom Conferences, meanwhile 50m USA Customers Try To Sort Through Yet Another Data Hack?!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've been with them since 2010, and this obvious downplayed data breachputs the countat #5.The rub on this one, for me, isright out of the box (literally) the morning after, they already have their side of the story posted, every place you look online as if to sayto it's affected/violated users,"hey folks, no worries, nothing to see here, we're on top of it, we've got you"!? But with that, no individual emails or sms notifications were sent to everyone hit by this attack on our data and privacy, and no update since their "opening statement"?What's it been like 3 weeks now since t-mobile's most-recent Allowed B & E(on our data & privacy) and the cat must've got their tongue or something, cuz they've been tight-lipped, and ain't sayin' shi# to usabout money or legal recourse, or who to contact and how to submit a claim forms. Does this concern anyone else? My fiance' has been with AT&T longer than my t-mobile tour (almost 15 yrs.), and guess how many data break-in's she's had over in "Lily-town"--ZERO (0), that's Nada! Should we be concerned if our wireless provider has our backs, or is this a different angle somebody thought up as a different method of sharing our personal data while getting paid to do so? I read this early makings of a "conspiracy theory" online a few days ago, and it got me thinking. I ask again, is anyone else as concerned as I am, not only for the recent t-mobile foul on guarding our personal data, but thequantity (or better put)frequency of these attacks on our privacy? Let's hear from you! (evnStevn)50Visto0likes0ComentariosT Mobile Experts Rock!
I went tothe T Mobile store in Fall River Massachusetts on pleasant st. Paul Sauvageau was the expert that helped me with my many issues, and he was amazing. He was able to support other members in the process, which I thought was awesome because he was always pleasant, professional, and respectful. I just wanted to say thank you to paul for being their and being great.65Visto3likes1Comentario
