Remove Unknown Device from Gateway
My gateway shows a device connected and I can't figure out what it is. Device name is: Shenzhen iComm Semiconductor CO. LTD Websearch indicates it could by a spy cam or listening device. Recently went through a breakup. My ex was making comments about how he could give me exact dates & times of speakerphone conversations I had in my bedroom. I have searched everywhere in the room, disabled the device on my wifi, changed router admin & wifi passwords, but the app doesn't give me an option to remove the unknown device completely. How do I remove it from my network?74Visto0likes0ComentariosDIGITS App Logs Out Too Frequently
I have the DIGITS app installed on my Windows desktop machine. For a couple months it was letting me go a week or more between log-ins. This week I'm finding it has automatically logged the app out within hours or a day at most. In the past couple days, I've missed EXTREMELY important phone calls and texts that have left one of my kids STRANDED away from home. I RELY on this app to work as advertised -- to deliver text messages and phone calls that might be important. This is the type of app that should just stay logged in for the entire day if not forever since there is no predictability of when a text will be received. (Also, the FEEDBACK link in the DIGITS app and on the DIGITS web page has never worked. Does T-Mobile not want our feedback?!?)245Visto1like8ComentariosNew TMobile wifi user…Cannot connect my HP Envy 5530 e-all in one Printer to Network

I added a line to my account in roughly 7/22to support a Zoom meeting we were having in a facility without WIFI.This worked fine until roughly 1/22 when it failed miserably. We were having bad weather that week but found, after that week, it never worked sufficiently to be useful again. We updated the firmware, checked for best signal strength (we always had at least 3 bars) and all other options and finally sought out another solution. I now have a5G MiFi M2000 that I'd like to return to T-mobile as it's useless to me. I can find no way to do this on the website. I still have ~$200 to pay offthis device. If I go to a t-mobile store (inconvenient for me), what can I expect? Presuming, at the least, I will be "stuck" with the5G MiFi M2000, is there a market for these? Where can I get rid ofit (e.g. eBay?, other options?) Thanks in advance for your help...204Visto0likes2Comentariosreview seekonk ma store4
I would like to rescind a survey I did on Monday for the Seekonk Store it should have been excellent service for the store and Arpan. they were phenomenal in service and information given. Highest level of customer service to be given to them. the survey was given by my mom who went to the Cranston store on Cranston St in Cranston RI who should have been blasted for poor service and not giving her the correct information about the screen protector for her watch that she purchased there. so too bad Cranston and Kudos to Seekonk So sorry for the mix up15Visto0likes0ComentariosWanting to return ~7-10 year old CellSpot, fastest way to get return label?
Hello, Trying to remove some clutter from my house, I found a very old (probably 7-10 years old) T Mobile CellSpot. Is there a faster way to get a return label generated? I'm on hold with Customer Care but it's been over 30 minutes and considering they'd have to email me a return label anyway, there's gotta be a better way. PS: 30 minutes on hold with no indicator for how long the line is...wow149Visto0likes5Comentarios
