I've been using a prepaid E-Sim since March. I had to renew a few weeks ago, and everything was fine until yesterday. For some reason, I can't connect. Not sure why. I have no idea how much data I've used but doubt that I used it all already, as the last prepaid lasted me 5 months. I can't get any insight at all as to why it won't connect.120Visto0likes4ComentariosDesbloqueo de SIM
I have put in a request about 7 days ago to unlock my IPhone 13. I am a T-Mobile prepaid customer and, the representative stated I have met all requirements for my phone to be unlocked. Unfortunately, I have been waiting about a weeks time in business days and have not yet received one email or update about this. I called again a few days ago hoping there would be some sort of resolution. To my surprise, there has not been one yet.70Visto0likes2ComentariosNighthawk M1 + Prepaid Super Slow
Set up the Nighthawk M1 with a prepaid card "Unlimited Mobile Internet with up to 30GB of 5G & 4G LTE Data" - got speeds of 20 mbps. One day later, I'm getting throttled down to 1 mbps at around 5 pm - 9 pm. Only used about 10 GB. Then at 11:00 pm I'm back to 20 mbps.25Visto0likes0ComentariosAnyone else experienced a PAID line being added to their account without your authorization, and then had issues with T-Mobile when trying to remove the added line and get a refund?
Upgraded and bought a new iPhone in a T-Mobile store on 04/22/2022 - I am unfortanely just now noticing after reviewing my yearly reports for tax season approaching, that there was a data line added to my services/bill on the same day, for an apple watch?! The charge was insignificant in cost enough for me to never notice too much of a difference, and the sales representative in the store explained to me the new bill amount and an increase being due to the monthly amount I would be charged for the iPhone payment plan option to pay month for a phone instead of paying in full. I am now trying to have the line removed but the customer service dept. has only tried to tell me I am wrong and that I activated this on my own MONTHS prior to 4/22/22, which is so far from true. I have only ever used my apple watch on wifi/connected to my phone via bluetooth. After reviewing my usuage overview for 2022, each month shows the additional line and every month has 0.00GB of data used. I found this information through my t-mobile account but yet the customer service reps I've spoken to (which has been several now) all seem incompentent and unable to find similar information to show that this change was unauthorized. In addition, the representatives only focus seems to be on conversion or a new sale, rather than doing actual customer service. What happens to customer service??? Anyone had similar experiences? What did you have to do to get T-Mobile to cooperate and help? Do I need to file claim with the Better Business Bureau you think? Anyone filed with the BBB before, and if so, did you have any good results from it? I just want a line removed and something credited to my account for the near year I have paid for a service I never signed up for or authorized, and it seems impossible.1.1KViews0likes10ComentariosPrepaid Unlimited Data 75$/months --> 2 lines = 2 sim cards
I e.g. we (my fiance and me) are interested in a Prepaid deal, that we can use during our 32 days in LA, Hawaii and San Francisco: Especially this deal: https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/prepaid-plans?brand=TMOPrepaid I claims "save with 2 lines" Unlimited Promo, $75/mo. for 2 line + taxes & fees Includes: Unlimited talk and text Unlimited 5G data Up to 3GB of domestic high-speed mobile hotspot data Texting to 215+ destinations while in U.S., Mexico & Canada My question: DOES this 2-LINES-option INCLUDE 2 physical SIM CARDS, so that we can both use the contract with 2 smartphones and 2 phone numbers and both have access to the same data package??? If not, what is the best option in order to get 2 sim cards and about 10-20GB each?237Visto0likes3ComentariosTravelling to USA from EU prepaid esim card

Anyone know the secret to get the T-mobile AAA Year on Us" promotion (one year AAA membership free) to work? I have Magenta 55+, so appear to be eligible for the offer. I used the link provided https://promotions.t-mobile.com/thanksbut clicking on it simply generated for me an error message "code invalid" (see below). A call to the T-mobile number provided took me to their call center (Philippines) but the nice person there had no clue how to fix the problem, beyond texting me a link that when clicked generated the same error message. Frustrating!4.5KViews2likes23Comentariosmisleading sales reps, please spot scamming customers
Sales representativegave me wrong information and made me switch from AT&T and now I am stuck with t-mobilefor 2 years contact, the company that gave me wrong information to sign contract. I am so unhappy with t-mobile , how can such a big company have these sales people who are giving wrong information to the customers over the phones and giving all the misinformation so that consumers switch over with t-mobile. I feel like I got scammed by t-mobile and now I am stuck with them for 2 years. I will never buy t-mobile again in my life, very disappointed and unhappy. Please someone send me number to corporate, Member services or someone where I officially complain about this, so that it doesn't happen to anybody else. Gracias84Visto1like1Comentario
