SyncUp Watch - Can't video chat!
I'm the admin and guardian and when I try to video chat, it works fine on my phone, but doesn't show up on my daughter's watch. Then it shows "missed call". When I try to video chat from the watch, it says "Oops! Couldn't video call Mom" and under it shows No signal. Please help! How do I fix it?

Has anyone (everyone?) noticed this situation: I purchased an iPhone SE at half price. The sales girl told my son that it came with a case and tempered glass. Later, I found out that the charge for the case and the glass (each $39.99) were added to my bill to be paid off in 24 months. There is absolutely no way I would have agreed to this as I barely could afford the half priced phone.We went to the store and asked about it and the rude manager said there's nothing she would do about it. This is false misrepresentation. Different topic- How do ourSyncUp Kids watches go from $10 aline to $12 and now $17 without notification? It wasestablished for a 24 month auto draft. refused to unlock my iphone12 calling 611
I've been with T-Mobile for almost 10 years. I've always bought my iPhone's Unlocked and in full cash anytime I need to get one or one just shut down on me. My fiancé and I decided to get a line together to make things cheaper and easier between us also spectrum gave us an awesome deal! The guy at spectrum said my phone was locked for some reason when it shouldn't have because I bought my phone unlocked for this specific reason. I called T-Mobile that Sunday to unlock my phone which they said no problem! Your phone will be unlock with 24 hours! 24 hour past still locked. Called back and this person said my request was never sent and to give him 2 days and my phone would be unlocked I said yes! Works perfectly just have it expedited please. Thursdays comes phone still locked , I spent 4 hour on the phone with T-Mobile to get my phone unlock being lied to saying that my phone would be unlocked in an hour or actually it's going to take 24hr oh wait my phone will be unlocked by the end of the day and I was just being lied to the whole time and still didn't get it unlock until Friday morning through TWITTER OR X …. I will never be going back to T-Mobile again they were practically keeping my phone hostage that I paid for in full from Best Buy UNLOCKED and it's taken me over 5 days just to get my phone unlocked that shouldn't have been locked to start with .
phone sending i messages to sync up watch.
Recently got my kids a sync up watch, I have noticed that my phone is automatically sending imessages which the watch does not support. Apparently the number associated with the watch is also associated with another phone. Is there any way to fix this? does anyone know or has anyone had this problem? Just to be able to send text messages to the kids watches without it switching to iMessages automatically.
Anyone else with wrong notification names?
Anytime myself or one of the other 3 leave our home boundary or return within the boundary it always gives the wrong name in the notifications but will have the correct profile picture Been going on for a couple weeks now and do not know how to fix it if there is one or if Tmobile has to do something on there end
Sync Up Video Chat
I don't understand why it's only guardians who can video chat? There should be an option for guardians to assign who kids may video chat with. I am a custodial parent, and my child wouldlike to video with their dad. But in order to do that I'd need to give the other parent permission to see our location at all times. That is unsafe for some relationships, such as mine! Something to think about if Tmobile would like to be user-friendly and inclusive.2 Phones w Physical Sim Cards? ESim
Lost IPhone 11 but found it after I did a tradein for Motorola 2022 so now there are 2 physical SIM cards but one is fully activated for Motorola and one semi workingfor my IPhone but both have thesame number?Iwould like to have iPhone set up for esim and erase/reuse the iPhone original physical SIM card and don't touch/keep my number and physical SIM card the same for my Motorola? note: iPhone no longer can text normally or set up wifi-calling and fully paid off but I wanted a safer 2nd new phone number unrelated/incomnectedto my Motorola and current phone number
Kids Synchup Watch won't charge
I got my son a synchup watch about 5 weeks ago. He has barely used it because he is on Summer break and home with me. It won't charge. The charger has been in the same place since we got it. No damage to the watch. Naturally, I didn't put insurance on it, since it would be the same price as the watch anyway. So, now I'm stuck with this line and no device.
