I didn't let T in normal for over 15 years. I have 5 lines I tried to upgrade one of them. They promised me a new phone techniques. And I ended up going to apple and just paying for a phone. Then they said oh, we're sorry. We'll upgrade your phone. And it was supposed to be free coming to find out. I paid over a $1000 short. Now when they found out, I was going to switch to Verizon. They kept saying they're gonna call me back. I never got a call back before. I switch. I gave them a more shot and called. Got disconnected 6 times and I have still not received a call back. Think it's time for me to leave. Look at the benefits you're actually getting from them. Is it really worth all the aggravation? Verizon has actually better coverage. I received an email today to activate my $50 gift card online. I clicked on the tab in the email, which sent me to another site, which asked me to register or sign in. I tried to register, but it would not let me. So I tried to sign in, which it did not recognize. Then it locked me out. During this time, I was sent to another page, which asked me for my gift card number, and the 3 number card pin, which I do not have, because I do not have a physical card. No card has been mailed to me. I tried to call Customer Service but after being on a long hold, I gave up. I will try to call them when I have more time. Does anyone have any experience with these gift cards, and how to go about setting up, or logging on, and how to get the required information to activate the card, without a physical card in hand? I had a T-mobile money account that was closed in 2015 and I never received a refund of my balance. I have contacted customer support several time over the years and they have not been able to help me. They are unable to locate my closed account. Can you refer me to someone who can help me?
