On T-Mobile website, it tells me to Restart it but I'm pretty sure that isn't going to do anything and I've already tried it and didn't work. For several weeks now I have not been able to get to my bank's website via T-mobile home internet. I get the following page : The only way to get to that site is if I turn off wifi on my phone, OR if I go to the home of a friend who has Xfinity or Verizon internet! T-mobile is, of course, absolutely no help. They have one, and only one, response, which is to move my gateway device to another window.I'm sitting next to my gateway which is line-of-sight with the tower. Does anyone else have this problem? Just recently got the home internet gateway and it's been incredibly disappointing. For the price of it and the fact we have cell towers, including tmobiles towers, within less than a milebof our home, it's been incredibly underwhelming. Speeds are anywhere between 20mbs and 300, meanwhile the latency is consistently well over 120ms (as high as 800) on downloads and several thousand milliseconds on upload. We've had the gateway in every spot we could think of, each one reading "excellent" signal on the gateway and app and single location was better than any other. Even had it sitting outside the balcony and it was still horrendous performing tests directly on top of it. Is there anything to bother trying with this or just send it back? I have one specific IP address that I am unable to contact whenever I attempt through a device using the T-mobile WiFi. If I remove my device from WiFi, it immediately works. Suppose the address is wts.populiweb.com How do I get T-Mobile to stop failing to resolve it? I get the errorwts.populiweb.com's server IP address could not be found. This started about a week ago.
