Ok I filed a claim for My iPhone 15 pro max. Paid the Deductible and sent back the damaged phone. Keep a photo of the tracking. All of a sudden an 800.00 charge shows up for Non-returned device. After Getting a T-Mobile rep on the phone they put me on a three way call with Assurant. Low and behold they did receive the phone!!!!The T-Mobile Rep. tells me they put a hold on my account to wait two billing cycles to remove it. (How cant they take it off right then and there is ridiculous) Then T-Mobile takes 414.00 out of my account two weeks later. After calling T-Mobile AGAIN and I was told the First rep didn't do what he was supposed to due and I would have to wait 18 days for T-mobile to reverse the charge. Funny how they can take my money and it takes 18 days to put it back. I then made sure I deleted all form of payment methods off my account to block any more shenanigan's from T-Mobile's Flunkeys. Now I have to wait till I can get return calls from T-Mobile to, I guess check that things are being fixed and my 414.00 is returned.Moral of the Story….DO NOT USE ASSURANT!!!!!!81Visto0likes0ComentariosCopies of signed paperwork
We switched to TMobile the Wednesday before Thanksgiving in 2023 and never received copies of what we signed at the store on an iPad. I have asked 3 times and I am told each time, that copies will be sent to my email. I continue to wait. Why am I interested in the copies? Because when we signed up we were told that we would receive $800 towards the purchase of our phones (all android) . I called about it shortly after the first of the year and was told it could take a few cycles for the credits to appear. I'm the admin and guardian and when I try to video chat, it works fine on my phone, but doesn't show up on my daughter's watch. Then it shows "missed call". When I try to video chat from the watch, it says "Oops! Couldn't video call Mom" and under it shows No signal. Please help! Later, I found out that the charge for the case and the glass (each $39.99) were added to my bill to be paid off in 24 months. There is absolutely no way I would have agreed to this as I barely could afford the half priced phone.We went to the store and asked about it and the rude manager said there's nothing she would do about it. This is false misrepresentation. Different topic- How do ourSyncUp Kids watches go from $10 aline to $12 and now $17 without notification? It wasestablished for a 24 month auto draft. Bad Information at Sale
I am writing today to tell you about a problem with my account. In August we added a line for my wife's brother who is in a nursing home in Ashville. The rep at the Ashville store made it clear that we were getting an iPhone 13 at a discount for a monthly charge of $43. Upon receipt of our first bill we were charged $20 more. when calling the Ashville store, the rep said he made a mistake and offered no remediation.We have visited stores in New York CIty and someone said they would correct the problem but was unable to. I would like this matter resolved by either giving us a one time credit for the full amount of the difference or a guaranteed $20 per month for two years.
