I didn't let T in normal for over 15 years. I have 5 lines I tried to upgrade one of them. They promised me a new phone techniques. And I ended up going to apple and just paying for a phone. Then they said oh, we're sorry. We'll upgrade your phone. And it was supposed to be free coming to find out. I paid over a $1000 short. Now when they found out, I was going to switch to Verizon. They kept saying they're gonna call me back. I never got a call back before. I switch. I gave them a more shot and called. Got disconnected 6 times and I have still not received a call back. Think it's time for me to leave. Look at the benefits you're actually getting from them. Is it really worth all the aggravation? Verizon has actually better coverage. I used the Rose Farmers promotion for the $30 flowers or whatever and they promised 2 day free shipping. Now it's FIVE DAYS. They gave me a $40 credit on my NEXT order but they won't do anything about the present situation, just sorry, tough luck. They offer a guaranteed delivery option on their website for five bucks and I guess if you don't take that they'll take as long as they want to ship perishable, fresh flowers to you. Now I have to use PayPal purchase protection to try to get my money back. What a headache and a waste. If you see this promo do NOT take it, tell your friends. What I expected from T-Mobile 5G -A customer greeting, onboarding welcome, some sort of "This is how you use it". service agents prepared to acknowledge and handle the various questions likely to be presented by the new 5G Home Internet customers as the service is in heavily promoted in rural areas currently. In fact, when the device came and I sought assistance, the person on the chat…man, I had the answers already pulled up and evaluated as the "wrong answer" for my circumstance, by the time she found the correct chat-response-template. March 30, I went into a Tmobile store to add my daughter in law to my account. She was currently a Sprint customer.. well, I thought it would be a quick 20-30 mins in and out. NOPE 2 hours later we walked out of the store frustrated and w/o accomplishing anything! We had to call customer care, absolutely waste of time. Language barrier, not understanding what we were talking about, etc. But we did find Alishya... omg, she was an absolute SAINT. she was helping me and another customer and talking to customer care when they were not doing or understanding what I was trying to do. I can NOT say enough about this young woman. Alishya is awesome! I'm still very frustrated because customer care messed up everything, charged me $30 for a SIM card and postdated my order for April 8. I received an email today to activate my $50 gift card online. I clicked on the tab in the email, which sent me to another site, which asked me to register or sign in. I tried to register, but it would not let me. So I tried to sign in, which it did not recognize. Then it locked me out. During this time, I was sent to another page, which asked me for my gift card number, and the 3 number card pin, which I do not have, because I do not have a physical card. No card has been mailed to me. I tried to call Customer Service but after being on a long hold, I gave up. I will try to call them when I have more time. Does anyone have any experience with these gift cards, and how to go about setting up, or logging on, and how to get the required information to activate the card, without a physical card in hand? I just accepted the Tuesday deal 3/26/24 for an additional year of membership, but when I look at my Craftsy account, it doesn't not show that the membership has been extended. Suggestions? I just wanted to come on here to say that. I'm actually switching over to ATT fiber and im honestly sad to be leaving T-Mobile. I've had no issues with them, WiFi or customer service-wise. They've always been super helpful and nice and even offered payment plans when i was struggling. I know ATT definitely doesn't have the best customer service (hence why i left in the first place) but the price is cheaper and fiber is supposed to be really good WiFi. I keep getting nags that the internet app is going away and being combined with T-mobile T-lifeapp….the selling point is supposed to present me withoffers of unimaginable quality...network enhancement features….a pink fly swatter for those in swampy conditions….I am up to HERE with the useless offers and being forced to navigate to the internet app that is less worthless than the one currently available….good grief T-mobile STOP with the constant holding out your greedy hands!
