I AM SO FURIOUS WITH BEING RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! Call every bill cycle and it never gets corrected!!! I traded in my iPhone for a free iPhone. Nothing was ever said about getting only so much for my phone. Free is free. The store manager scammed me and the reps continue to lie to me. They promise to credit me and it doesn't happen. I've been using a prepaid E-Sim since March. I had to renew a few weeks ago, and everything was fine until yesterday. For some reason, I can't connect. Not sure why. I have no idea how much data I've used but doubt that I used it all already, as the last prepaid lasted me 5 months. I placed my order for the home internet and I went to go create my T-Mobile ID of course I was metwith what many people have previously noted as a "dead end" because it kept asking for my telephone number thatI do not have throughT-Mobile and I do not want one I wanted access to their home internet because that is the most convenient one currently and was the home internet that had the best prices as well although I'm starting to reconsider Spectrum even though I have had zero service over the past month with Spectrum but that being said I went to go talk to a service agent about my situation and I was met with the dead end as well because they could not currently find my order information and I've given them the screenshot to my email that confirms it so can somebody explain to me why suddenly my information is not existent30Visto0likes0ComentariosDesbloqueo de SIM
I have put in a request about 7 days ago to unlock my IPhone 13. I am a T-Mobile prepaid customer and, the representative stated I have met all requirements for my phone to be unlocked. Unfortunately, I have been waiting about a weeks time in business days and have not yet received one email or update about this. The TMobile service from the Phillipines is so horrible! I've tried 8times to fix my plan and my billing back to where they should be after fraudulent transactions from complete incompetent Customer Service Agents and Supervisors screwed it up and can't fix it correctly. I'm turning my complaints over to the MN Attorney General. I'm hoping they can investigate and open up a fraud claim against TMobiles' disastrous customer service. I once loved TMOBILE and had great service, but NO LONGER!! I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM 26 YEARS!! It doesn't just piss me off to have to deal with the incompetent Phillipine service, it's just SAD!! Set up the Nighthawk M1 with a prepaid card "Unlimited Mobile Internet with up to 30GB of 5G & 4G LTE Data" - got speeds of 20 mbps. So my s23 ultra broke back in July, i used the insurance. Tmobile sent me a refurbished phone and a prepaid ups label to send the old phone back. After about a month I get a notification that I owe 1400 dollars for a device I never returned. I called customer service, gave them the tracking number that ups says was delivered to Ft Worth Texas. Customer service calls me back in August saying they still haven't located the phone and pushes billing out to October. I get a call from customer service this month and saying the IME number on the phone that was received was not the correct phone so now they are trying to stick me with the bill.
