Hello. So I keep getting this text message that says I'm out of hotspot data. The thing is I NEVER EVER turn on my hotspot and use it. Does anyone have a clue to what is going on here? And on top of this it says I'll have more hotspot data available on 11/06! I get this about every month and the end of my billing cycle. T-mobile recently announced a data breach and right about that time all of my information attached to my account had significant amounts of intrusion. It took me over a week to move everything over to a new secure email address. With my email they got access to a lot of my other accounts and with the combination of my credit card information and email they were able to intrude my credit card's account and attempted to redeem my rewards on a bunch of Victoria's Secret gift cards. I'm very sure this is a result of their data breach, I haven't done much with my email and that credit card was relatively new. I get this message: We've temporarily locked your account to protect your information. Please call Customer Care at 1-800-937-8997 or wait 24 hours to regain account access. Why is my mobile hotspot limit so low only 5gb when I have a 50gb data cap? Databis data isn't it? It shouldn't matter whether I use it on my phone or use hotspot to provide "wifi" to my computer. Why does Tmobile limit hotspot data so much on an "unlimited" data plan. Doesn't seem very unlimited to me! Seems very limited considering an hour of video is a GB!
