I have been waiting for over3 weeks...and counting, for a replacement phone. Both T-Mobile & Asurion claim it's the other'sresponsibility to ship the phone. Asurion took the deductible, promised to ship a phone & a week later said T-Mobile should ship me the phone. So the two companies are currently at an impasse; neither agreeing to give me a replacement. How much does a phone cost? It'sdisgraceful and pathetic after being a customer for 16 years, T-Mobile can't even honor a promise to cover a device. Lost for words. Consider class action to end this scam. BTW I don't expect Assurant to be any better than Asurion.523Visto0likes7Comentarioscancelling 360 Protection
Hi, I am going to cancel the 360 protection on a device thats super old. When I go to cancel it states once I cancel I cannot add back on. Does this mean that I cant add it back for that device or that I cannot add it back to any new devices on that line ever again? I may get a new phone at some point. Anyone had any experience?1.4KViews0likes3ComentariosAssurant return concern
I have heard about this happening to a lot of people, unfortunately I saw all the stories *after* I filed a claim. I will soon have to mail my damaged phone back. I contacted T-Force and they said that I cannot turn it in in-store since the Protection<360> stuff all goes through Assurant. I am scared they will lose my returned phone and then bill me for it, as has happened to so many other people. Has anyone successfully done a return with Assurant? Any advice as to how I can protect myself - like getting a receipt and buying package insurance? I've also heard filming myself boxing the phone and sending the package is good, does that really help? And what can I do if/when they lose my phone? Also, has anyone actually had a *good* experience with Assurant or Jump? Literally all I am seeing is horror stories.Solved26KViews4likes24Comentarios
