I recently received my Apple Watch SE (2021) from Tmobile that I had ordered on a standalone plan. At the time I believed I would be able to use it alone with its' own number since I chose the standalone plan option. However, theiPhone I used to set it up with, is serviced with AT&T. Therefore, Iwas not able to setup the cellular service with Apple Watch SE from Tmobile because my iPhone is with AT&T. (Note: I did not want to do the "add a family apple watch" as this would cause me to create a new iCloud account) So,I went ahead and ordered a iPhone with Tmobile. Because I was not expecting to have an iPhone with Tmobile, I would like to switch theApple Watchto a DIGITs plan instead of a standalone plan. Would this be possible?3KViews3likes1ComentarioThe utter and abject failure of my encounter with T- Mobile support of the Cellular option provided by Apple Watches.
The utter and abject failure of my encounter with T- Mobile support of the Cellular option provided by Apple Watches. Original problem: Lost the ability, that originally worked, to make or receive cellular VOICE calls when out of range of cell phone, or when cell phone was turned off….. EVEN THOUGH I was still on the T-Mobile LTE network and had the use of text and GPS. After working with T-Mobile tech, I lost the ability to add a cellular plan to watch (getting Error code 406.) The watch works as normal, when able to go thru the cellular phone. But without being able to use the phone as a conduit, the calls always fail. Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max / Apple Watch Series 7 / All with current software Two hours on the phone with T-Mobile Front end and backend support 4/3 Two hours at a T-Mobile store with representative and backend support 4/4 Two hours at the Apple Store ALL WITH NO ONE WITH ANY CLUE WHAT WAS WRONG Apple sent my Apple Watch off to the regional repair location 4/5 New replacement Apple Watch Series 7 with Cellular received Problem persists on new watch Another 3 hours on phone with T-Mobile backend support New error in addition to old problem T-Mobile error "The maximum number of devices allowed to be paired to this phone has been reached. To continue you will need to unpair a device."Error code 406" T-Mobile representative was unable to figure this out …… Back on the phone to Apple L2/L3support… confirms message is referencing T-Mobile configuration or processes. Another call to T-Mobile T-Mobile backend support unable to make any inroads toward a solution, advised they are sending me out a new cellular phone. My cellular phone has consistently been the only thing working properly, so I am hesitant to change anything with that regard. THIS HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. I love Apple products, but their partnership with T-Mobile is a ghastly abomination of inadequate training or processes that are too complicatedfor their employees…. It's been a week since my ordeal began, and there is no end in sight… My advice, STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILES implementation of the cellular capabilities of Apples watches. DIGITS is a failure, either by complexity, process, or employee training and expertise.1.5KViews2likes14ComentariosHow do you delete/edit contacts in the Digits app?
After granting access to my Google contacts many are duplicates or stale. I would just like to delete all the contacts in Digits, hopefully not one at a time, but I'll take what I can get. How do you edit or delete contacts in Digits?651Visto2likes4ComentariosKeep having to start over with DIGITS web app
Every time I load the DIGITS web app I have to re-register the phone numbers. And even with the app continuously open I am being logged out after a while and have to re-login and re-register numbers. This is a hassle and it's annoying because every time I get a bunch of notifications on my phone. And what's worse is that there is no way to know I've been logged out. It looks like I'm still logged in but I stop receiving any messages or calls without warning. Is there no way to stay logged in? And not have to keep re-registering the phone numbers after I log in? I've allowed third party cookies and disabled privacy extensions but that doesn't help these issues.45Visto1like0ComentariosUsing the Digits App and separate contacts?
Is there are way to have a separate contacts list on my Digits App and not have the app sync with all my personal contacts? If not, this is the dumbest second line app ever. If I didn't already print so many flyers with my number on it, I would switch.Solved1.4KViews1like7ComentariosContacts in DIGITS
No matter what I do, I can't get my Windows installed Digits app to sync my contacts. I use this for business texting and chose to use Digits BECAUSE I would be able to text from my computer but if I can't see who the text is coming from without picking up my phone and looking to see who it is? It's absolutely ridiculous. PLUS I know that everyone is saying this - To have to log in with text code verification every single time I go working on my computer is so inconvenient. AND to then try to sync contacts every time - which has stopped working anyway. This service has got to be improved and updated. I think you are getting enough of this same feedback to realize this.679Visto1like4ComentariosDIGITS + Chat Messages (Google Messages)
I have been trying out Google Messages on my phone and using the RCS features. But it appears that as soon as I enable RCS I lose the ability to get messages via Digits for anyone who is also on RCS. Should this work or should I go back to using the stock Messaging app on my OnePlus device so that I can receive messages again via Digits? I have a work phone that I use Digits on all the time and keep missing important messages because of RCS.1.2KViews1like7ComentariosDIGITS App Logs Out Too Frequently
I have the DIGITS app installed on my Windows desktop machine. For a couple months it was letting me go a week or more between log-ins. This week I'm finding it has automatically logged the app out within hours or a day at most. In the past couple days, I've missed EXTREMELY important phone calls and texts that have left one of my kids STRANDED away from home. I RELY on this app to work as advertised -- to deliver text messages and phone calls that might be important. This is the type of app that should just stay logged in for the entire day if not forever since there is no predictability of when a text will be received. (Also, the FEEDBACK link in the DIGITS app and on the DIGITS web page has never worked. Does T-Mobile not want our feedback?!?)245Visto1like8Comentarios
