102 Topics2 Phone numbers on ONE PHONE... possible??
Just had the wife waiton the customer service line for almost 40 minutes to find out the answer to this question… Does T-Mobile have a way to have TWO numbers on ONE Device? First rep had NO clue what shewas talking about. Second, manager, once she finally figured out whatwas being asked, first said NO. Then said yes, with an E-Sims Card, but had to be with a different carrier. Then couldn't help my wife as she wasn't the main on the account. So she waisted almost ONE Hour to Not have her question answered or to find out if it was possible and if it is, the process to get it set up. Please help a guy out and share if you know what the answer is and the process to for this. Thank you in advance.Solved20KViews0likes5ComentariosHow to receive QR Code for eSim?
Hi! I recently purchased a pre-paid eSIM for my iPhone XS Max, and I was able to successfully set it up and activate it. However, after a week abroad and having my phone on airplane mode and experiencing issues with my (Verizon) Primary line, I decided to remove the (T-Mobile) cellular data plan and reconfigure it. Is there any way I can receive a QR code to set it up again? I already tried using the T-Mobile eSIM app, and it said it would only work for activating new lines, not setting up already activated ones. Please help! We are regular T-Mobile customers (not post-pay/pre-pay) with 4 phone lines. We have iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 12 Pro Max. Is it possibly to change all physical SIM to eSIM? Although T-mobile Data covers international but it is EXTREMELY slow. It will be better to purchase a local SIM for data use.Since iPhone in the US market don't provide dual SIM caddy, it will be painful to reject the T-Mobile SIM and keep it in safe place whiletraveling.15KViews0likes4ComentariosiPhone 13 Series Dual eSIM Setup Instructions
After spending 4+ hours on the phone with customer care, and in-store, today trying to get Dual eSIM's setup on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I left the store with one eSIM and one physical SIM on my new device. I need help and direction on how to get multiple eSIM's from T-Mobile setup on my device. I currently have two T-Mobile accounts - one personal, one business. I've previously used them in Dual SIM setup, one physical SIM & one eSIM - as described above, on my iPhone 12 Pro. Every time I've needed to re-setup the single eSIM for that device, the store always struggled to know what to do and how to get me setup with a single eSIM. Now that the iPhone 13 Series supports Dual eSIM use, I'd like to get setup this way.The device was ordered from Apple to activate T-Mobile's network, and the eSIM for my personal line came pre-configured upon the arrival of the device. However, when using the "Change SIM" option in "My Account" for my business line, as well as the store attempting to update from their end, the system gives an error stating "Looks like that eSIM number is already set up." after inputting the EID from the iPhone 13 Pro Max. "My Account" has no option to input any other information from the device that may link the 2nd eSIM back to the network, and the in-store employee said the same, or didn't understand how to set it up on their systems. I need precise direction on how I can get both eSIM Profiles for the two T-Mobile accounts installed/downloaded to the new phone. Hello! I have the physical t-mobile SIM and I want to transfer phone number to my eSIM account / to convert it into eSIM. At the moment I have two tmobile accounts and numbers, is it possible to merge em? (both accounts are prepaid) I talked to the tech support - and every time I called I had a different information: 1st time i was told that in 24hrs everything would be done smoothly (nothing happened so I called again) 2d time I was told that T-Mobile doesn't support a feature to transfer the physical sim into the eSIM (when both numbers are tmobile numbers) before the first call I tried to reach a text support online - they also didn't resolve any questions and just said that tmobile doesnt fully support eSIM. What is the truth here? Is it really not possible? Also an extra eSIM question - if I want to use the same eSIM on a different phone, how to achieve it? Or it is impossible now to perform any kind of eSIM transfers? Thanks for understanding.Solved12KViews0likes12ComentariosSim locked but t mobile says fully unlocked
I bought Iphone 14 pro in September and I moved to Indonesia. So I fully paid for my phone before I came here and when I was paying for the device, t mobile expert said that it has been fully unlocked. On my setting, it still says SIM Locked and it is not working here. I called T mobile more than 10 times, they say that it's been fully unlocked but my phone says it is still locked! I even tried to scan a new esim on the phone it says I need to contact the original carrier to unlock the phone. Every time I called all they say is the device is fully unlocked. I was even connected to Apple experts but they could not help me with anything. Apple suggested me to reset the phone, which I have tried. Now I don't know what to do. It's been more than two weeks and I'm not able to use this phone that I've paid $1000 for. Please help!!!Solved9.9KViews1like28ComentariosUnlocking second sim possible?
Is it possible to unlockthe second sim on an iPhone 14? I am looking for a second phone number with no data and T-Mobile doesn't offer a resonableplan. DIGITS won't work because I have no data service in my area. I understand the phone needs to be paid off but it doesn't make sense to pay the phone off if they are going to continuously do a promotion to keep you in a contract. I'll likely never pay a phone off while on T-Mobile so it sounds like I'd never be able to use the second sim with another provider or if I travel and want to pick up a sim. Any way to at least unlock the second sim?Solved5.8KViews0likes9ComentarioseSIM not installed when using T-Mobile eSim app
I have just enrolled for a prepaid account using T-Mobile eSim app. All the process seemed to work fine (I got a phone number and had my CC charged) but in the end there was some kind of problem installing the new eSim on my iPhone. Now it seems I am locked out of service, since the app requires a different e-mail and the creation of a new account to run again. How can I get the eSim for my existant and already paid for prepaid phone number now?Solved4.3KViews0likes22ComentarioseSim stuck on "Activating" on iPhone from EU
Hello there! My wife is facing problems when activating her eSim for T-Mobile US Prepaid. She already chose a plan, payed, the new phone number was successfully set up but now (since 12h) she's still in the process of "Activating". I did the same and after waiting some minutes in the "Activating" process all went fine. What shod wedo now? We're currently located in Germany and will travel to US soon; I've activated using WIFI + Vodafone (as local operator), she tried with WIFI + O2-DE (as local operator); I'm not sure if/how cell towers differs to allow mine to succeed and hers to fail. I've read here and there that there might be a way to get a QR code to re-initialise the process, but I have no idea how/where to get it. Please let me know, any kind of support is much appreciated, thank you :)2.7KViews0likes3Comentariosesim activation stuck on iphone 14 pro
