This pertains to a brand new iPhone 14. Since yesterday, I noticed that the cellular signal on thephone fluctuating rapidly, despite remaining static in the same room. In addition, I also noted the following: After a factory reset, and selecting "keep eSIM", the cell line does not engage during the phone setup after reboot. It only reads "SOS". The cell line is present after finishing set up though. This is divergent from baseline behavior, where the cell is active and can be used for activation. The cellular service cannot access the standard T-Mobile DNS servers when a proxy app is engaged for testing. This is also different from the baseline, where DNS worked with the proxy just fine. Using external DNS servers works, oddly enough. The Apple's built in Field Test tool ( dial *3001#12345#*) shows abnormal values, such as changing LOC values, which if i understand correctly, should be unique to every cell tower. I contacted support and there wasn't much they could do and recommended I contact Apple. However, the state of the eSIM is controlled by the carrier. Is there a baseline, or reference for nominal T-Mobile cellular line values? Is it possible to return the device for another model, since the eSIM has been likely compromised in some way, from the results of my analysis? My T-Mobile account is in good standing and I have two devices which are on payment plans One is a Galaxy s24 Ultra and the other is an iPhone 15 pro Max so when I add an MVNO ESIM to the pro Max it works just fine with no problems whatsoever. When I add an ESIM to the Galaxy s24 Ultra it says network locked and it won't let me access the eSIM at all. So why would it work on the iPhone and not on the s24 when neither of them are paid off? I called the Philippines call center the other night and she assured me that she spoke to a supervisor and due to my account status they would unlock the ESIM for me on the s24 even though it's not paid off it never happened so I called in the morning and I got the USA call center and they said absolutely not they would not do it for me and still would not give me an explanation as to why the e Sims work just fine on the Apple and not the Samsung! Does anyone know why this would be an issue with the Samsung and not the Apple? Also, I noticed that there is a place that you could contact someone higher up that could possibly help me with this but you can only access them through some type of like Facebook or something, do you know who that is at T-Mobile? Thanks any insight would be appreciated.86Visto0likes1ComentarioTransfer from Android to iOS but need eSIM. ¿Cómo lo hago?

Just had the wife waiton the customer service line for almost 40 minutes to find out the answer to this question… Does T-Mobile have a way to have TWO numbers on ONE Device? First rep had NO clue what shewas talking about. Second, manager, once she finally figured out whatwas being asked, first said NO. Then said yes, with an E-Sims Card, but had to be with a different carrier. Then couldn't help my wife as she wasn't the main on the account. So she waisted almost ONE Hour to Not have her question answered or to find out if it was possible and if it is, the process to get it set up. Please help a guy out and share if you know what the answer is and the process to for this. Thank you in advance.Solved21KViews0likes5ComentariosError 505: se produjo un problema para completar tu pedido

My physical sim is on an unlocked Samsung Galaxy A14 and I want to convert it to an esim on my Iphone 12 pro. Note that I am outside the US at the moment on vacation. I tried following the tutorial by Tmobile but it only applies to postpaid lines and not prepaid.68Visto0likes0Comentarios
